My carpet cleaning experience went very well. Doug addressed my questions and provided insight into why certain things are done in the industry. He was careful moving items and worked cautiously to avoid hitting items that he could not move.

He did what he said he would do. He was on time for the work and quote for the bill was fare. He was very professional in his work. Best job I have ever had for carpet cleaning.
