Kevin was very thorough when he came to do a walk-through, measuring all the areas to be cleaned, explaining what they would do, moving furniture, etc. I thought the quote was very reasonable, and so I hired them. They did a good job cleaning the carpets, moving most of the furniture and placing squares and plastic sheets under all the legs of the furniture. All in all I was very pleased with the work done. I took off half a star for not calling to say they would pick up the fans the next day, instead of the same day as originally discussed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing carpets cleaned. Very helpful and pleasant

Excellent job cleaning, very respectful during this pandemic. They wore masks while cleaning for safety which I appreciated. They moved my furniture to clean under pieces, placed blocks under legs. Fans were left for carpet to dry and they returned the following day to remove fans and blocks and return furniture to proper place. My only negative comment is - they were over an hour late on the day we set for the estimate, but I chose them anyway as their price was almost $100.00 less than the competitors.
