Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous! The only problem was they didn’t send enough people to get the job done in a timely manner. Part of that was my fault as I kept wanting more lights! Our property looks GREAT and will definitely have them back to wash our windows! Merry Christmas!!!

Do not hire Erica and Tony. They did a portion of the work and then left to run an errand and never returned. They strung me along for 3 days with emails stating they planned on finishing but now no communication. My mistake was I was naive and trusting and paid them before the job was completed. It's a shame that some people have such low morals.

I hired these people to blow leaves off my roof and clean my gutters. They did not complete the gutter clean out. They did not even bring proper equipment for the gutters on my rambler. I called Chad who said he'd look into it. A week later, no response so I emailed. Chad apologized in a reply email and now another week has gone by. The workers were polite but only work in the late mornings and left both days at lunch after showing up late. I don't think they knew what they were doing. I feel taken. I recommend that this company be removed from your listing. They'll end up giving Home Advisors a bad rep.

Technicians, supervisor and staff were professional. They were unsure of how to accomplish the task within the parameters required. Probably a capable group unable to do this particular job. The job was blow cleaning a steep pitch (9/12) metal roof which lacks anchors.

House had not been washed is years, if ever. What we thought was dirt and dust was actually black mold. The "A" team came in and worked their magic and the house looks like is has had a fresh paint coat of paint. Great customer service and couldn't be happier with the results!
