Martin was sooo helpful and nice. I also found Cary to be very customer friendly. When they shutters were installed they forgot to fill in the holes in the wall as agreed. They made it happen after the inspection was completed. I will definitely be using them again to compete the rest as soon as I can! Great customer service!

I received half a dozen bids on a triplex in Fort Lauderdale. Some proposals just offered a total price with no details. Other proposals were just estimates based on what they might need to do in order to secure a permit. There was also a huge range of costs. I was ready to pull the trigger on the low bidder until I read online reviews. There were stories of failed inspections and delays. Given the risk, I decided to rethink my decision. HomeAdvisor (the home improvement portal) referred me to All Coastal Hurricane. This company was different. The feedback from my tenants was that a very nice gentleman had come by and measured windows. Their proposal was the most detailed and offered a firm price with permits. In addition, it was the only one that included a diagram of all the windows. Better yet, their proposal was only slightly more than the lowest cost proposal. Their representative, Jerry, never overpromised. He said that it would take up to six to eight weeks to install the shutters. So I put down a 50% deposit by credit card and hoped for the best. Three weeks later, two installers arrived and put up fourteen shutters in half a day. A week later, the shutters were inspected by the City and improved. I was so impressed that I contracted with All Coastal Hurricane to do a four-plex in Fort Lauderdale one month later. The price was very competitive and the job was done in a month. After this job was finished, I had them do a duplex in Fort Lauderdale. There is considerable risk contracting with a shutter company. These are small operators that demand large deposits. But I learned that All Coastal Hurricane can be trusted to do the job right at a very competitive price.
