Excellent from start to finish. They use Workever for admin so I received a confirmation of the appointment once booked, a reminder a day before the appointment, a live tracking link once they were on their way to my place as well as the invoice and payment link once the job was done. The job itself, chimney sweep service, was just as good. Professional throughout, courteous and very clean job.

Very professional, friendly service from start to finish and at a very competitive price. The photographs taken for the estimate pointed out exactly what work needed to be done. The photographs taken on the roof the day the work was done showed the problem areas close up before and after the work was done. Every aspect of this service is top class and I will certainly be using their annual maintenance option in future.

Frank arrived on time and carried out the roofing repair works and installed a Velux Solar operator to our roof light, efficiently and tidily. Very competent and pleasant service throughout. Most recently they carried out further work and from the initial survey to the work being completed all ran very smoothly. They did a great job sam my roof. They stand by their work. Someone always comes by after job is done to see that everything is done to our satisfaction. They had to alter a minor problem I caught 2 months later and they promptly fixed it.

It was pretty crazy to see how many roofing companies go door to door during those times and try to earn All Complete Construction, LLC by a friend who had a great experience and thats who I decided to go with. Been searching for a company to get my roof done for a few years. I went with these guys after they did my neighbors roof. They were absolutely amazing. The price was reasonable. The work was very neat and clean. The entire process was worry/stress free. After this experience Im probably going to get future work done from them as well.

He was very professional and courteous and have me an estimate after he explained everything and addressed my questions and concerns. I am writing to report that after a few issues we encountered with the work done by them, they were very responsive to our concerns in a timely manner.
