DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! Jay came to fix my fridge. First visit he says the problem is one of two things so he can order the cheaper part and see how it works and if it's still not working, he'll get the more expensive part. He said I wouldn't be charged until the repair is made. He installed the cheaper part but it didn't fix the problem so he said he would come back again after he orders the expensive part. A month goes by and no contact. I leave messages for a week asking for an update but no one returns my calls. Then I come to find out that my credit card was charged $150 during the last visit even though the invoice I signed said $90. In addition, jay damaged my fridge during the last visit which he said would be repaired when the right part was installed. We are now disputing the charge with our credit card company, I will be reporting this company to the NJ DIvision of Consumer Affairs, and I am about to sue them for the damage.

The person that came to fix our dryer was extremely knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He gave a fair price and was able to fix the issue the first time around. End result I would recommend All Country Appliance anytime :-)

The only reason this company got a 5 for Customer Service was due to Jay. He was a smart, kind, skilled young man. He did is job correctly. Those that support Jay, those in the office, those that should call back,those that should order the product are utterly useless. It took 4 1/2 weeks, and over 9 phone calls to get the status on the parts and fix my washing machine. Every week was Friday or Monday we'll have the part and sure I'll call you back. NEVER ONCE did they call me back or be proactive. Don't use them.

Called back right away. Came the next day for repair as they said they would. Repairman quick and very pleasant. I would recommend and hire again.

The customer service was very standoffish. It was almost like he had an attitude and I couldn't talk to him.

Quick response and they were able to fix my oven. The labor charge is really EXPENSIVE. The total bill was $240 to replace an igniter. The job took about 10 minutes. Seemed really high price for such an easy fix

Mark arrived on the scene and performed the repair in a professional manner. He knew what he was doing and completed the task including cleaning up the messy lint. The Dryer is working just fine MUCH APPRECIATED!

My GE fridge stopped dispensing water/ice for the second time in 7 years. The All County repairman was very knowledgeable about this and other manufacturers. He tested the unit for the less expensive solutions and then determined it was the mother board. He explained why this part could go out so frequently and reassured me that GE has made changes to this part to improve it and there is a one year warranty on parts/service. I am satisfied with the repair. It seemed slightly more costly compared to the GE guy who came 3 years ago, but he replaced another part that may not have needed it.

The repairman was prompt, courteous , and very knowlegable . I did find them a bit expensive but I was just happy to have my appliance working again. I would definitely recommend them -

He was unable to remove the A/C without additional help. But he diagnosed the problem as needing to be cleaned.

We hired All County to replace our wall oven. Although the parts took 5 weeks to come in, Jan was very good at keeping me updated on the delays, and finally had it fixed last week, just in time for a large family party at my home. Oven working fine now. Price was a little high, but definitely cheaper than a new double wall oven. Would hire All County again.

All County responded to my request right away via e-mail. I called them yesterday morning and appointment was scheduled for today. Ed came with the time given. He was professional. He fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Cost was probably a little higher than I thought but the bottom line is my dishwasher is working! Great job!! You have a new customer!

They came on January 18, looked at the problem and said they had to order a part. They took a $150 deposit for the part. It's now ten weeks later and I have nothing. They've not contacted me and when I've called 3-4 times they promised to call back and haven't yet! I would avoid using them again at all cost!

Very pleasant experience. The technician came on time and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. He was very knowledgable and explained why the refridgerator was leaking. In under a half-hour he resolved the issue; no parts necessary. The charge was reasonable. I would definately use them again and recommend their service.
