Homeland Wildlife Removal did not return after the first visit of application. Sadly, we paid a two year contract upfront. After reaching the owner of the company by text (s) and promises of reimbursement of half of what we paid him, never did he contact us. We have continued to reach out to him with kindness in case there is or was a financial reason he could not repay us. We contacted the BBB with a complaint They reached out the Homeland Wildlife Removal multiple times. HWR never answered nor returned their calls. We gave the BBB a copy of our contract with an explanation of the situation. In my opinion, this company fraudulently took our money, with intentions, not to do the service. In one of the text messages the owner of the company stated he had phone issues and had lost all of his contacts and that was the reason he never came back to finish the job. If you were in business, you do not necessarily always rely on your phone. You still use paper and pen or a computer to maintain all of your clients. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ronald is great! He was quick and well-mannered. He and my dad even had a nice conversation while he was disinfecting the area. Iâ ll definitely call again if I have any other problems in the future!

My overall experience was excellent.

They did a thorough job on sealing up any potential entry points that a small animal could access the attic.

He is a man of his word he came by every day to check traps he element skunks from the yard. I would highly recommend with out a doubt!

I want to start off by saying that this is the only business that answered for me at 10pm when I was in a panic! I saw a snake on my porch and I was so afraid. They were so calming and assuring. They thoroughly inspected my yard and left traps to catch the snake. I canâ t thank them enough!!!! Give your money to someone who cares, and does not treat you like a number!!

Ronald drove from Charlotte to Columbia to take care of my problem. I smelled a dead animal under my house. Ronald arrived only a couple of hours after I called him. He was prompt, courteous and quickly took care of the situation. He called me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with his work. He is customer focused and does his work well and charged a reasonable fee. I would rate him as a person and his work a 5 star plus!!! Charlie M

Birds started building a nest on a very small eave above my front door on our front entry to the house. Ronald came out and resolved our problem, took the time to explain what he suggested we do, offered a few options and recommendations. He did a great job and was very professional and efficient.

Unfortunately I had a kitten get in the engine of my car. Ronald came out right away on Memorial Day took care of the issue. Super nice guy. Very professional. Hopefully I won't need him for that again, but he also does home repairs and you can bet I'll call him again! Thanks Ronald
