Landscape Curbing Installation
Quality of work is excellent, I get a lot of compliments on it. However, I won't give a referral to anyone that has asked. The problem I have is with the follow up. Even after several emails and phone calls they have never come back to drill in the drain holes to the curbing. It's been a year. So essentially they built me a dam. It's disappointing as they do a wonderful job, they just don't complete all the steps as promised. In the future I will withhold 20 - 25% of payment until the job is complete from any contractor. Having someone else do it or doing it myself runs the risk of damaging it which I am aprehensive about.

We hired this company to install curbing along with our landscaping and selected them based on the reviews. But in our case, we were disappointed. Our design wishes were conveyed to April (the owner), but our wishes were not shared with the install team. The result was very amateurish. They put a dent in our siding next to the water faucet they used and also left smudged paint on the siding in the same area. The colors we selected for the curbing were correct, but the design was painted as if spray paint was used to squirt some color into the diamond areas in the design. It looks sloppy and, well, lazy. They also removed landscape lighting and buried wire unnecessarily, and after multiple requests, they never returned to place the lights and wires back to where they were removed.

"Sharon I am truly sorry you feel this way, would have been very nice if you would have conveyed your concerns to me before letting the world know. I was never made aware dents or smudges to the siding of your house, this is the first time hearing about it. As far as the lighting goes whoever installed it did not bury the line 6 inches as you said more like 2 inches so we had to remove it so we didn't ruin it and did agree to come back and fix when we could. The day I finally had some down time you were very snappy and didn't want it done. All super easy fixes with just a bit of communication."

I was very impressed with their professionalism from the start. They quickly responded to my post and soon after followed up with an email of their samples. They even kept me informed when they were going to be a few minutes lates to their first visit. The workers arrived right on schedule and did a fantastic job. We hired this company to do a big job in our backyard that cost $13,000. There are uneven areas that are retaining water, cracked concrete, chipped concrete, discoloration. We have asked them several times to come back and fix the concrete and they will not do. Now I have to take them to small claims court.

"Hello, I'm truly sorry for any invovenience or frustration this project has caused you or your family. With that being said some of what you've said is unfair and untrue, our employees came out and spoke with your husband it was very clear that the chips in the concrete were caused by something being drug over the concrete like a mower deck. The cracks are unfortunate but sometimes you will get hairline cracks and that cannot be contolled when doing large jobs. Also we installed 2 pergolas 1 of which we never got paid for and also gave you $2797 dollars worth the free concrete which is clearly marked out in the final bill that was sent to y'a"

Jason, April, and Kenny were fantastic to work with. I scheduled a consultation in February and got some ideas. Once I got HOA approval I contacted April to schedule the install which was about 3 weeks out. On the morning of install, Jason and Kenny showed up and got right to work. They worked ALL day in the FL heat only taking a break to hydrate and kept going. By 5pm they had completed the project and cleaned up! My curb looks amazing and it's a complete custom job that nobody else will have! During the process I had several neighbors stop by to see the amazing work that Jason and Kenny were doing. They are definitely skilled at what they do and I'd highly recommend them for your landscape job!
