Surge Home Concepts, LLC

The work was to fix a 5 year old roof that the previous owner flashed incorrectly before selling. Involved one side of a garage roof and both sides of a small breezeway connected to that garage roof, fixing some wet roof decking (from improper flashing), and installing new roofing/flashing/drip edge. The 2 man crew doing the work (different than the 2 man crew bidding the job) turned a 1 day project into 3 which required more time off. Weather was a factor, but so was their scheduling and needing more supplies (and to fix my deck) Apprentice/assistant dropped a bundle of shingles and put a hole through my deck. They did a great job with putting a brand new board in, but the new board looks out of place with my older deck. Overall the roof did come out great and I have no question that it will last for a long time. I am still waiting for an assessment (possibly with a drone) of my flat roof that they promised when quoting the garage/breezeway job (almost 10 months later), I'm hoping they may do it when they come to pick up their sign (which I left up for 5 months and now sits on the side of my garage).

From day one, they were polite, clean and professional. The time it took to demolish and rebuild/replace my front porches was amazing. I'm presently coordinating another job with them, I'd strongly recommend them for any project that you may have, just call Danny, he'll set it up.

we would like to thank Surge Home Concepts for their quick response. we had a roof damaged by a recent storm and they came out to give us prices along with 4 other roofers. they were not the cheapest but they jumped into action when they saw what we were dealing with, (senior citizens with disabilities) and no way of doing it by our self. the salesman Dan and project foreman got the job done expertly and on time in 3 days from contract to job completion. Not a single problem and no extra costs. I would recommend and hire them again in a heart beat. just can't say enough good things

Great customer service. They used good materials for the job and were able to schedule the work promptly even though the shingles were a special order. They also put in higher quality insulation than agreed to at no additional cost.

Very friendly, workable crew, gets back to you with emails or calls quickly, works with your schedule, nice work

They did exactly what they said they would do. Very professional work. I had 30 squares stripped and re-roofed. Clean up and installation was excellent. I am very happy with the overall project.

They hire efficient workers and the clean up is good too.

on time, great price & customer service. I will use them again

The entire experience was professional and well managed. I will be using this company again based on my latest experience. Great company!
