I had to call them back twice. They were very unprofessional. The problem wasn't fixed the first time. The problem was fixed the second time but they left blue glue stain on the pavers, rocks and on my painted wall. They cleaned the pavers and rocks but denied the glue on the wall damage was done by them. I would never use them again.

"We went to the customer's home and replaced his indexing valve. I informed him that he would need to leave it off for a good period of time in order for it to set up properly. He probably did not wait an adequate time. Therefore, it caused a leak which we remedied it immediately. Since we use professional grade cement it has a blue color. A drip of glue got on one paver which we did not notice, but as soon as we were informed we returned and cleaned the paver. As for the stain on the wall of the customer's home, not only was it NOT NEAR THE REPAIR IT WAS NOT THE SAME COLOR BLUE AS THE CEMENT WE USE. HIS WIFE AGREED IT WAS NOT FROM THE GLUE."

I was not impressed with their service. The prime didn't hold, they said they would come back and never did. He told me he came back and fixed it, and it would be more than he was going to charge me in the first place. I still have the problem.
