Our air conditioner went out on Sunday evening but it was too late to call anyone. It was supposed to be heat advisory all week so we planned to call our warranty, Cinch. It was miserable in the house and thermometer was reading at 99F, felt like 200. We had our teens girls there doing virtual learning and myself working from home. So all day we felt like we felt miserable. Soon as hubby got home we called our warranty and they told us we have to wait til next Thursday before anyone could come out and that they couldn't reimburse us if we went outside of their network. Shows to me that they don't care much for customers needs with temps being that extremely high. So we decided to take matters into our own hands and got on Angis and first guy that contacted us, Donovan he was great, quick and straight to the point. He came over within the next hour and got our house to normal temps again. We will definitely use them again. Thank you Donovan...

Donovan came out to my house for ac repair during the hottest month of the year. He showed up right on time and went straight to work; diagnosed the problem and had the repair part in his vehicle! He was very honest, told me everything wrong and pricing before he proceeded. Very fair, honest and a life saver!! Had my ac fixed in an hour or less!! Would recommend to everyone!! Very knowledgeable and kind man!!
