How was almost an hour late. He called 45 minutes after he was supposed to arrive, said a job went longer than he thought. I would think if he knew he was going to be late, he should have called before my apt time, not 45 minutes after.

"This customer is correct about me being late, I did call and apologize, I know that does not make up for being late, 99.9Percent of the time I am at a job site prior to my appointment, in this business things do go wrong and sometimes you can't change what has happened, If I do run into problems I do normally communicate that to my customer this day was the exception. Not sure if I just did an estimate or a job for this customer, I do hope that they were satisfied other wise. Again I do apologize and in the future will make sure I do communicate better."

The team was on time and all estimates of work and when it would be finished was right on. We noticed the job wasn't completely finished shortly after the project was over, so the team is scheduled to come back and finish.
