WNY Engineering and Construction Management

My husband and I bought an old home three years ago with the intention of fixing it up and making it our own. Needless to say, we have dealt with our fair share of contractors and have seen it all—the good, the bad, and the ugly. Jose and WNY Engineering have been among the best and easiest contractors to work with. Jose responded to our request for estimate immediately and offered a fair quote for the job. He and his team were punctual and efficient and did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop with updates regarding the project. I would recommend Jose and his crew without hesitation. They are at the top of our list for contractors to call for future projects.

Fixed our ceilings in two rooms. One very elaborate. Installed beautiful columns to our balcony improving on existing design. They also repaired damages on our stucco siding, and professionals who do that job well are not easy to find. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Workers were on time and were organized and clean. Very happy with WNY Engineering and Construction Management.

iâ ve had a lot of home projects done over the last five years and this company by far is the best Iâ ve used. Their communication is excellent and they just work extremely hard. They are very detail oriented and even picked up stuff that I never noticed and fixed. Also, which is a huge plus, they are there when they say theyâ re going to be there and they finish the job when they say theyâ re going to finish the job. They responded super quick and from the time I hired him the entire porch was done with about a week. Iâ m already having them quote my bathroom and other projects around the house. I strongly recommend using them.

We had a fire escape removed and it was a very challenging job, that could have caused significant damage to our home if anything went wrong. Having an actual civil engineer (Mr. Jose Vergara) responsible for the project put my mind at ease. They did the job perfectly. They were true professionals and I would recommend them without reservations.

The demolition work was first rate.

Jose, is very professional as his worker Javier. Very punctual, explained the project in detail, Was a very dusty project in which Javier even vacuumed the rug. Would definitely hire them again.
