All Dry Basement Systems, LLC

We've been having a water issue in our basement for a while, and it was getting worse. I always research at least 3-5 companies to get bids. All Dry Basement Systems was at the top of the list because of all their 5-Star reviews. We had a few companies come in to assess our basement issues. Out of everyone that we met with; we felt the most comfortable with All Dry. Felipe came out to meet with us. He was very knowledgeable, and also a really nice guy. You can tell he was very honest and felt like an old friend. We spoke about our concerns, then he checked the inside and outside of the house and laid out some options for us based on our budget and what we wanted to do. We really appreciated the different options and his quote was more than fair. After meeting with one more company we decided to go with All Dry. We chose to have a sump pump and drainage installed in the basement at the problem area, and drainage around both corners of the house where we were havening the water problems. Once we decided to go ahead, the work was scheduled within two weeks. Alex and his men showed up and worked hard all day. Some working inside to install the drainage and sump pump, and some working outside to install more drainage. They finished the entire job in one day. Not only did they clean up everything afterwards, but I think they left the place looking better than when they started. I would highly recommend All Dry Basement Systems for anyone having water problems in their basements. They did a fantastic job, and we are very happy with the results. I wish I could give them more then 5 Stars.

Felipe and his crew did an amazing job. Ran a drain pipe some 25+ feet underground, out to be side yard. Went out in the rain and saw the water gushing out from the pop up drain release. I did landscaping growing up. They just about did not disturb my plantings too!

Appointment set up was prompt and on time, even though they had a long drive to my place. was very helpful

When we needed to get an estimate on the house Joe came out for free. When he was here we were having problems with things and he looked at them too and told us what was wrong. He went way outside his scope to make us feel better about everything. The customer service was amazing!!! Thanks Joe you were awesome!!!!1
