All Dry of Clemson

A water issue was discovered in a downstair bedroom as our house is on a concrete slab. I contacted Air Dry Services of Clemson and spoke with Stan who was responsive. He had a technician come out the same day to investigate. Tim was the technician and was diligent and professional in investigating the source of the leak. A pinhole in the pex hot water line that likely had been leaking for several months with water migrating down a concrete retaining wall and underneath our hardwood floors. After assisting with locating a plumber to resolve the leak, Tim set up fans and a dehumidifier to lower the existing flooring humidity level. His team returned to remove impacted sheetrock and flooring, leaving a clean area for my flooring team to install new wood flooring. Overall, I found Ary Dry to be quick in their response, in-depth in their assessment, as well as timely in addressing and removing the impacted materials. Excellent job!

We had a mildew smell in our basement. A neighborn recommended All Dry and they came out immediately. One section in a closet was worse than others so they treated it and then came back a few days later to finish the entire basement. They took care to make sure fabric was taken care of and before coming they suggested a LOT of stuff that we should get rid of. They were thourough and did a fantastic job. A daughter and her husband from out of state visited a few days later and they said the basement definitely did not have any odors at all. If we ever have need of this type of service again, we would be sure to call. Good service, good price and very nice people.

They were trustworthy, knowledgeable and fixed the mold/mildew issue with precision and proper sanitation. Jessie and Tim were punctual, polite and fixed the issue I had in 1/2 a day. I would use them again and highly recommend their service.

Jessie came a week earlier to estimate the problem and cost. He was punctual and thorough in the entire process. He and Tim cleaned out the mildew and moisture and cleaned up after resolving the issue so that my contractor can come to fix the leak problem. They were above and beyond polite and worked fast to keep the area controlled. Sanitized everything again before leaving. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
