Phil, the remediation tech, was thorough, professional and always on time. He took his time to go over my entire 4600 sq ft. duplex and pinpointed the areas of concern to only a small area of one bedroom and a small area of the kitchen. He worked diligently and was patient with me as I questioned him throughout the process. Keith, the owner, was patient and thorough in explaining the process to me. Overall, working with All Dry has been a positive experience and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them.

Keith (the owner) and Jason (the remediation tech) were both easy to work with and patient with my scheduling changes. I felt good after working with them that the mold issue that they were hired to solve was in fact solved and would hire them again for the same service in the future.

I was overall pleased with this company. I gave them quite the challenge with removal of wallpaper over wallpaper that had been on for over 40+ years, in addition to the mold removal issue. The only problem I would say was that the workers were not familiar with the removal process of the wallpaper, though I realize they are primarily in the mold remediation business. Experienced a few mishaps, such as a couple of holes in the wall & busted baseboard. (which, I cannot replace without replacing the entire rooms baseboards since they have been in the house for over 70years and probably won't find a match for the existing baseboards.) Keith did work with me to rectify the situation, and he is very focused on getting the work done.
