We had some mold on the ceiling from a roof leak- and the team came in and removed all the damaged drywall. Afterwards they sent a tech and tested to make sure it was clear. Once clear a separate team (we had a little miscommunication on this part- these are 2 different jobs- get both estimates) came and repaired the hole. The both teams arrived on time and were finished on time. Very professional and made sure they contained the area while working- really thorough covering the floor, furniture, the whole job. The repair crew especially did a great job and went above and beyond. You can't tell anything happened.

Alldry did a fabulous job when a hidden roof leak was discovered in kitchen. Since mold was found the walls, ceiling and cabinets were removed. From roof, mold removal, drywall, painting and cabinet installing everything was done by Alldry.The crew workers were polite and professional especially Paul Gogan the project manager who kept things moving .I am very pleased and would recommend them highly.

Dealing with insurance companies is never easy. All Dry made this difficult time a pleasure. The project supervisor Paul Gogan, was caring, returned all calls and oversaw the entire project. Their painters were meticulous. I am grateful I found them

Heather was my first contact with All Dry USA and just grabbed my hand and has kept in close touch, making sure all areas of concern are being approached, inspected by professional Licensed & Insured Tradesmen. Rich, the project manager, stepped right in and helped me when Heather wasn't in. Heather ensured my finances by quickly advising me what will be covered through insurance. They have a team dedicated to submitting the correct proof/documentation the insurance company needs, so after the initial call to submit a claim and of course a few more calls & chats, I'm off the hook and they handle everything. Josh was extremely well versed and helpful regarding the water/moisture/humidity issues and promptly started a Dry-Out phase which was quite remarkable. He also assisted/enhanced a more accurate mold inspection with his expert knowledge of my situation. Very professional and looked after my well being.

William was excellent with communicating the issues to me in a manner well understood. Furthermore, he went above and beyond the call of duty if there was a chance of rain to protect roof leaks prior to fixing, and was extremely knowledgeable about the company he worked along side other All Dry Divisions, thinking outside the box. Our project manager, Kurt, his supervisor Andre, & Ryan in billing made a very difficult and trying process much easier to cope with. They walked us thru the process step by step, dealt with obstacles, & reassured us that everything would be accomplished in a timely manner. They delivered & completed the job of mold remediation, subfloor replacement, floor replacement, bathtubs & shower all in two weeks, simply amazing. I would recommend this company to everyone.
