DO NOT HIRE All Dry Services of Tulsa. They exhausted my entire insurance allocation, left my home uninhabitable, and independent pros confirm the work was botched and must be completely redone from scratch. PROPERTY: While I was out of town, a neighbor saw workers loading my belongings into a personal vehicle. No inventory was ever kept; I have zero accounting of what was taken or returned. The owner admitted the project completely lacked supervision. FINANCIAL: On June 16, 2026, they double-billed me $7,825.64 for the same invoice?once on credit and once via checking?causing an ongoing bank dispute. DELAY: They missed the deadline, forcing me to incur ongoing hotel expenses. REFUSAL: When I asked for a refund to correct the damage, the owner text-messaged me that he would let a judge decide. I have received no final invoice or refund. I have filed formal complaints with the BBB, the Oklahoma Attorney General, and small claims court. Avoid at all costs.
