We’ve used PUDDLES twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. This most recent situation happened on a Friday evening when our AC started leaking water through the drywall and into our garage. Franklyn came out that same evening to help us, which we really appreciated despite it raining after hours. Everyone we worked with was professional, responsive, and straightforward. They took the time to explain what was happening, identify the areas that had been affected, and focus on getting everything dried as quickly as possible. They brought in professional drying equipment and carefully monitored the affected areas to help prevent further damage and potential mold growth. Franklyn came out and walked me through the entire process in a way that was easy to understand, but also brought me in as a partner, not just a person who was dealing with a problem. We had a roof damage and thought the equipment that the roofing company brought in dried the wood floors out. However we detected a mildew smell and called Puddles Restoration immediately. They were here quickly after we called to assess the issue. The tech was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough check and determined that there was indeed mold and the wood flooring was still wet. He cordoned off the infected area, set up heat, humidifiers and air scrubbers immediately! He let the equipment run and returned once all the contaminated flooring had been removed to verify the concrete was dry and safe and as a further final precaution, treated the area with a anti microbial spray and fog. We would highly recommend Puddles Restoration to everyone as their staff are very knowledgeable and professional and helped us through this stressful time. We appreciated how quickly they responded to our needs. The senior and veteran discounts were an extra bonus to an already good price!

We had contacted to have our flooring replaced. As soon as the work began the flooring contractor noticed mold stopped work and recommended we call Puddles Restoration. I called them immediately and within minutes a tech was scheduled we understood what the initial visit would entail. Their service tech was punctual and at our house in an hour. He did a very thorough check of the situation including checking for moisture in the walls and ceiling and working with my flooring team so we were all on the same page. He set up humidifiers, air scrubber and heater and sealed all ac vents and doorways with plastic with zippers for access. The final visit was a moister check on the exposed concrete, spray and fogged the area with a plant based anti microbial. I would highly recommend Puddles Restoration as the staff was professional, knowledgeable and communicated clearly throughout the process. The price was great made even better with senior and veterans discounts!

On March 2, 2026, about 07:30, my wife called me to bring a flashlight to her. She grabbed the flashlight and pointed out a dark spot which I thought was a mouse. It was only when it was under the harsh glare of the LED light, I realized it was more serious than a dead rodent. About a half an hour later, I told my wife I had contacted PUDDLES Restoration and had already set up an appointment with somebody to come out to test the spot. From the beginning, PUDDLES Restoration walked me through the process. When he needed a separate company to collect specimens, find the leak, PUDDLES had a list available to recommend somebody who could do the job. My lanai is fully enclosed with glass sliding doors. This last rain 2 out of my 3 sliders were leaking and the water made it inside. I had water squishing out from underneath my flooring. I called Puddles and was immediately greeted with a voice that was so calming. (LT). I explained the situation and LT sent help the same day to determine the damage. Franklin was the guy who showed up and he was great. He made a stressful situation less stressful by being so polite and professional.
