PUDDLES Restoration

Puddles was thorough, responsive, and constantly informative of the work required and the progress to date. They made a stressful situation a lot less stressful, and we'd hire them again if we ever needed. Thanks Puddles!!

Puddles came in quickly and were very attentive to the situation. They showed pictures and videos during their process, which was an education I greatly appreciate. As a property manager, I look out for investors properties and I feel they were on the same page as me. Well done!

very capable and knowledgeable.

Very informative and kind people, got us on the schedule quickly.

I would like to thank PUDDLES Restoration, especially Mr Frank & Ms LT, for everything they have done to make a bad situation a positive experience. Mr Frank was very professional and very diligent while ensuring that all protocols were followed. Mr Frank was meticulous in following protocol to a high standard. I truly appreciate all of their kindness and patience in walking us thru every step of the mold removal process. Mr Frank and Ms LT were always very responsive and respectful of how stressful the situation was and were always reassuring and supportive. I appreciate all of the education and explanation of the mold removal process. If I could leave 10 stars, I would!!! Thank you both again, I truly appreciate everything you have done for my family and my health. Brenda & Kevin Kingsley

The team at Puddles was very professional and went the extra mile for us to expedite the remediation of a water leak in our kitchen. They helped with ways to reduce the costs of the job and only charged for what they did.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Puddles. We had mold remediation done in our bathroom and on the two adjoining bedroom walls. From the beginning to end, they were absolutely wonderful to work with. The office staff was amazing; the remediation crew was also outstanding. They were professional, careful and most importantly, very patient with all of our questions. I highly recommend Puddles.

Job was done exceptionally well. Work punctuality and professionalism exceeded my expectations.

Job was done right, water was gone quickly with the equipment used. Customer service was kind, kept me informed every step of the way

We’ve used PUDDLES twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. This most recent situation happened on a Friday evening when our AC started leaking water through the drywall and into our garage. Franklyn came out that same evening to help us, which we really appreciated despite it raining after hours. Everyone we worked with was professional, responsive, and straightforward. They took the time to explain what was happening, identify the areas that had been affected, and focus on getting everything dried as quickly as possible. They brought in professional drying equipment and carefully monitored the affected areas to help prevent further damage and potential mold growth. We would absolutely recommend PUDDLES to anyone dealing with water damage or needing restoration services. Thank you to Franklyn and the entire PUDDLES team for taking such great care of our home and family.

This is our second time using PUDDLES, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. When our AC started leaking on a Friday, Franklyn came out immediately—in the evening and during a rainstorm—to help us. From start to finish, we were thoroughly impressed by the team’s promptness, clear communication, honesty, and quality of work. Our top priority was quickly identifying areas of water damage to prevent mold and contain the spread of water. The PUDDLES team did exactly that, using advanced, professional equipment to thoroughly diagnose and dry out the affected areas. Their attention to detail and dedication to addressing all of our concerns gave us complete peace of mind. We highly recommend PUDDLES for any water mitigation and restoration needs. They deliver exceptional service and provide detailed documentation and photos, which makes dealing with insurance claims seamless. Water damage can be terrifying, but having a trustworthy, 5-star team in your corner makes all the differen

Franklyn came out and walked me through the entire process in a way that was easy to understand, but also brought me in as a partner, not just a person who was dealing with a problem. While it was a huge problem, I felt that every step was handled with care and professionalism. At the end of the day, my family's health and safety is my primary driver, and it was clear they had the same motivation.

Late last month, we discovered a leak behind the drywall in a wall between our bedroom and kitchen. A plumber stopped the leak but immediately saw significant water damage and mold. He suggested we call PUDDLES Restoration and, goodness, are we grateful for his advice! From our first contact with PUDDLES Restoration, we realized that we had found a company we could trust to treat the damage and guide us through the entire process. They are honest, knowledgeable, punctual, compassionate, with an exceptional work ethic. If you need restoration in your home or business, do not hesitate to call PUDDLES Restoration - you will not be sorry!

Chris’ review: The technician from Puddles Restoration was very professional and informative. He answered all my questions prior to, during and after the service was completed. He took special care to ensure that the treatment area was secured in such a way as to protect the environment in the rest of my home, which was most appreciated. I would highly recommend this company for all restoration needs.

Great job. Stayed on schedule from start to finish and reasonably priced.

Great customer service, affordable, very communicative and professional! Puddles was very honest and did a great job! During the initial inspection, the tech walked me through EVERYTHING he was doing and even showed me the equipment he was using and how they worked. Very refreshing company to work with vs other companies who are just out to make a buck and do not have your best interests at heart. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone!

Awesome experience working with Puddles. We were quoted extremely high cost by another company. PUDDLES was our second opinion, and they provided us with a fair price. I’m very grateful because we saved thousands and they did great work!

Puddles responded right away. I had some ceiling tiles fall because of roof leakage. They arrived on time and thoroughly explained what they were doing. I highly recommend them

After a water pipe burst in our home and flooded the downstairs, PUDDLES Restoration arrived within 30 minutes to help. They clearly explained the cleanup process and got to work right away. We were very happy with their work and

Puddles Restoration were extremely thorough in their investigation and their mitigation. The way they conducted themselves as a business entity was super professional and absolutely helpful, especially dealing with insurance companies as well. I would definitely recommend them for any of your water or mold needs. They are absolutely spot on and when it comes to customer service, there is no better.

We had a roof damage and thought the equipment that the roofing company brought in dried the wood floors out. However we detected a mildew smell and called Puddles Restoration immediately. They were here quickly after we called to assess the issue. The tech was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough check and determined that there was indeed mold and the wood flooring was still wet. He cordoned off the infected area, set up heat, humidifiers and air scrubbers immediately! He let the equipment run and returned once all the contaminated flooring had been removed to verify the concrete was dry and safe and as a further final precaution, treated the area with a anti microbial spray and fog. We would highly recommend Puddles Restoration to everyone as their staff are very knowledgeable and professional and helped us through this stressful time. We appreciated how quickly they responded to our needs. The senior and veteran discounts were an extra bonus to an already good price!
