They came and fixed the problem right away. Another company had told us over the phone that the entire water heater needed to be replaced, which would have cost us $2K. All Express Plumbing correctly diagnosed and replaced a thermocouple at minimal cost and in less than 15 minutes. They came and fixed the problem before some other companies even called back. Very honest.

Very fast and professional quality removal of the old Water Heater and install of a new unit. The crew came on time and replaced the unit in a timely careful manner. I high recommend this company for service.

All Express responded quickly to my emergency call about 7:30 am and were able to be on the job by 9:00 am, despite the inclement weather! Diagnosed the problem and replaced the water heater on the spot within 3 hours. Clean, highly competent, professional and informational. Worked with John and Tom. Would hire again and strongly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! He arrived at the appointed time and installed a new water heater at the agreed on price. But when I contacted him a couple of days later to change out the magnesium rod and flush the unit per the manufacturer's instructions to alleviate the cloudy water, he said he'd call back to set an appointment but didn't. When I finally reached him again after another week and set an appointment he didn't show and didn't call. He has not returned numerous calls since then.

First of all These guys were 1 1/2 hours late . I had to call 9 times to reach them. They did come and preform the job to satisfaction. They did not read my request for repairs and showed up without the right materials and tools. Then, instead of giving me a discount.. I was Overcharged ! They invoiced me for $275 for what should have cost about $75. They said no problem it will take ten minutes then took aver an hour to fiddle around. I will never call this company for service ever again for this reason alone. What a Rip Off - These guys are making about $5 a minute

On quality, value, and customer service, All Express is top of the line. I will definitely be using them again.

I didn't receive a written warranty or an issued permit which I thought the price would include. Other than the above issues the installation timing was excellent and the installer was very capable. Nice person.

I found that I had no hot water in the morning. By the end of the day, I had a brand new installed heater. Very pleased with the work and quick response.
