"Lizette, the crook, the con lady, could not have anything better to say about us except, crooked Lizette who think she can outsmart everyone by playing doctor Lizette is not telling the full story. We started a job for con lady Dr Lizette thru Ygrene and as we are finishing the project with our own money with zero deposit, Ygrene was shut down and we were left on our own to find a way to get paid. We offer her financing thru another pace program she refuses and promised usbthat will get paid after they sold a property in the Dominican Republic. In the meantime, we decided nit yo close the permit until after we get paid and informed her that we will not be responsible for expired permit. More than a year passed , we never get paid on a project that was over $30000 and completed with our money while they are enjoying their new impact windows and doors. After many stories from con Lizette and her mother and over a year after the job was completed, con Dr lizette refused to pay because there was a screen missing from a kitchen window. After multiple trips to the house because either Dr Con Lizette is sleeping or mother is out of to see her doctor after we were told to stop., we finally get a check. We didn't have much option beside putting a lien on the property which will do nothing for us until they sell or refinance or we foreclose on their property. The only easy option was to let the permit expired and hopefully they will come and talk to us. Since it was their fault that the permit was not closed, we told them that we were nit responsible for any additional fee and permit renewal cost. Lizette thinks that she can play and outsmart everybody. I guess her trick didn't work this time. May be, just may she is not that smart but a crook , a con artist. This is just a very short summary of what happened. It was more than a year of back and forth with con Lizette and her mother."
