This business was the right choice for me and my wife,we told Dave what we wanted and he delivered. Mathew the installer is a top notch tradesman and a very nice man. They kept the job sight clean, answered any questions we had. They arranged reasonable financing for us as well. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend First Florida Exterior.

All Florida Exteriors did the vinyl siding on my entire house and it came out great. They showed up on time, stayed on budget, and the quality of work really shows. I especially appreciated how they took the time upfront to walk me through all the options and educate me so I could make the right decision. Very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them.

They listened to us requirements and suggestions, and did an excellent job to our home. I couldn't be more please with this company. It was the only company that came out to give me an estimate that truly listened to my request. I got the entire job completed for the same cost of other contractors that didn't want to do everything or told me you can't do that, well All Florida Exteriors did it all. The crew was fantastic. They changed a few this that I was not pleased with how it look. They listened and took care of it without any questions asked. I would use again and defiantly recommend again to anyone in need of a siding job.

The two man crew that was sent out to completely redo my siding was extremely professional. They left nothing undone in the project. Cleanup was immaculate and overall was a great job. I strongly recommend this company for any of your exterior needs.

He did a great job from start to clean up

He hasn't done the project yet, I am currently just looking for estimates, but he was very professional. he responded quickly , he came on time, he had everything laid out, gave me 2 weeks turn around time, David gave me all the information i needed right there. He was excellent.

All Florida Exteriors re-skirted my manufactured home and re-topped my stairs with high quality materials. They were on time and finish fast despite a couple snafus along the way sourcing the right color and getting the correct amount. Ron and Dave worked it out and it looks great. The crew as very good.

This review is from my experience. The project started off great, the materials were delivered on time along with the start date. The install crew was a challenge with the exception of Matt the lead installer. They applied waterproofing material around the base of the house and replaced the plywood which went very well. The crew did not respect my property, including the vegetation and my shed which was severely damaged due to the installer standing on it. When I spoke with Dave the owner, he credited me $300.00 for a replacement roof which I need to install. No apologies provided by Dave for the inconvenience. The project failed three inspections by the City of Port Orange due to poor installation and not paying attention to detail. I caught several items which were not completed properly. The owner Dave stated to me twice he personally inspected the project, which I find hard to believe. ByThere are no quality control systems in place to ensure the project is completed properly. I felt that I was the project manager on this project. If I didn't manage the project as I did, the outcome would not have been favorable and I would definitely experience issues later. I feel sorry for past and future customers who don't have the knowledge that I have. Some other issues we experienced were nails and scrap material left on the ground and improper caulking. The owner Dave, never apologized for the errors and inconvenience which caused me as a customer. His replies to my concerns were unacceptable. As a prior business owner, I would never let my customers feel aggravated, and I would certainly make it up to them through little jesters like here's a gift for dinner for your inconvenience. I could have gotten his business two other customers for exterior siding. We referred his business for window and door replacement to a friend however, we called the referral back. My recommendation to Dave, accept ownership by validating the customers concern, apologize for the inconvenience, make it right above and beyond (roof damage), maintain a friendly relationship. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend All Florida Exteriors. I was looking forward to providing positive feedback along with future customers. At the end my house looks fabulous however, it was not worth the headaches and frustration. All Florida Exteriors was not the lowest bid. I should have back charged for project management services.

Excellent from start to finish. The house looks beautiful! Although not the cheapest quote of the three I received, I felt the most confidence in them based on the detailed statement of exactly what they would do, versus just a price and a promise. Jim promised five star results. Install team led by Matthew delivered them. Estimated five days to complete and did it. Highly recommend! Tried to upload a picture but size is limited.

Very polite and a great job!

A positive experience all around. Skilled team did a great job on soffit and gutters. They showed respect and care. They were prompt and finished the job ahead of time. They communicated well throughout. They kept areas very clean. The result was above my expectations and would highly recommend them.

Dave the owner and James the salesman were very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt in responding to evey question we ask. I cannot state enough of how excellent of a job Elizaldo did on the siding and trim of the house. He has an eye for detail. All of these gentlemen were very engaged with the project. Highly recommend. Dave stated, "the job isn't done until the customer is satisfied". We are VERY satisfied!

They did a wonderful job. I couldn’t be more pleased the salesman. James was very professional down to the owner Dave wonderful people and their contract workers are amazing. They know their work. They’re very clean timely and I would highly recommend them to anybody. That’s looking to have their home Repaired or remodeled.

Would like to thank All Florida Exteriors, Inc. for transforming our house from a home to a forever home.  The siding looks amazing used Hardie Board/Board and Batten, and the crew before siding was put on made sure that all the dry rot was gone, ensured everything was dry before they wrapped the whole house. We are thankful that they caught all the dry rot because it was a lot more than we ever expected  When I first started to talk with Jim about the project I could not picture how excellent this would look. Dave came by the house and explained about the awesome paint they used, TEX  COTE which is a high-performance cool wall heat-reflective wall coating system which enhance the beauty and durability of our home, we will be retired before we will have to paint our house again. A massive thank to the Crew, LUCAS (siding master) FERNANDO, MATTHEWS, LOUIE (paint masters)Your attention to detail and commitment to quality have given us peace of mind. Thanks again JIM and Dave.

They did great work except when it came to unacceptable issues. I called the rep 3 times with no results, called the company and still no results. I need them to fix the few issues and get the dumpster out of my driveway. It has been sitting in my driveway for at least 3 weeks past what they considered done. When the bank called to release the payment, I informed them that the painting portion was complete and the siding was (according to the contractor) expected to be complete that day. that was on Nov. 14th and it is now Dec 4th and only one issue has been fixed. They have their money and now silence and still the dumpster is in my driveway. A $35K job and not happy with them. What they did do was great, finishing portion stinks. they got their money and ran.

needed soffit and gutters replaced on the house. did not get updates on the job like we were told, the work was delayed on our job. after they had started, due to them moving onto another job. if anyone uses this company be sure to go over your job details closely to be sure everything you want is included. customer service was slow and does not make you feel prioritized. did not return phone calls when they said they would.
