Back in March they came out right away replaced pumps. Gave me different price options. They were a little slow but overall I was satisfied. However, now I am having pump issues and they will not return my calls or texts. Very unhappy with the service now. I do not feel like 3 months later I should be having any issues but they should at least come out and look or call me back to say they are not coming.

I have a granite counter top, and I didn't realize how difficult it is to find anyone to drill a hole in this expensive material for the spigot of an R.O. unit. All Florida did that and installed my system perfectly. They're pricy, but you get what you pay for. The owner himself installed my system, respectfully educated me on use and maintenance, AND cleaned up after himself. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Tim responded quickly and worked thru rain storm to replace the pump on my moms well. He then checked her irrigation system and reset the timer. He sent me pics so I could see finished work since I m not there. Thank you Tim!!!

We called then at 9:00 New Yearâ s Day! Our well pump burnt up and we had 20 people for a noon time lunch. They were at our house in an hour with a new pump and had us up and going with water and toilets by noon. They are our new well /pump providers, service And knowledge were fantastic. Thank you

I hired them about a month ago for water treatment and that went great. Then about 3 nights ago I had no water coming into my house. I called them in a panic and they came out to my house at 10 at night and fixed our pump. I couldn t have found a better company. I d give them more stars if I could
