I hired Josh through Thumbtack at first he was attentive and understanding of my needs. I hired him for master bathroom renovation for shower tile, painting, and other small jobs around my house. As soon as I made the deposit, communication decreased. Josh told me the total time to complete the work would be 7 days. After 5 weeks and multiple emergencies, he left my master bathroom in disarray. He left one day said he was going on lunch and never came back. I called/texted multiple times and he finally responds and says he has another emergency and appreciates my patience and understanding. I did not hear from him again for three weeks. My friend had to contact him and threatened him he would pursue criminal/civil action against him and he finally responded. While working on my bathroom he cut tile in my bathroom, had dust from the tile all over my bathroom. He did not cover anything and did not inform me he would do this. Damaged my freshly painted cabinets and had an amateur painter helping him some days so the paint was applied during tile installation so the walls were also covered in dust. Total nightmare!!! I Would not ever hire him again!!!! Please avoid!!!! He never finished the job.

The project quote was incorrect Left garbage, holes in walls and did not finish Poor caulking Poor tile cuts, Never returned the key to the house.

I hired Josh to do tile for flooring and a shower surround for a master bathroom. Initially he was responsive and understanding of our needs and was very confident he could get the job done. First day he started on the floor tile. There were some mistakes after that that had to be fixed. Some were simple fixes, others were just kind of laziness, such as cutting slivers of tile for ends that would just look poor in the finished product (he had probably 8 of these). He came back to fix his mistakes. Once the mortar was dry enough to walk on, I was able to inspect then work better. It was pretty unacceptable. Josh was provided all the supplies needed for the project including more than enough spacers, and yet he used so few that the spacing was incredibly uneven on about half of the tiles. It was also discovered at this time that approx 1/3 of the tiles down were loose and clicking when you stepped on them. 3 of them I actually popped up with my hands and minimal effort. The quality of work up to this point was poor at best, and I had no faith that he could finish the job to our standards. I spoke to Josh on the phone and told him our dilemma and how we felt about it. He was very apologetic and wanted to fix his work, and even offered to cover additional expenses out of pocket. I felt bad, though I still felt I could not trust him to do a good job without me breathing down his back (and that's not why I wanted to hire a pro). He apologized again and said he would refund out money that was paid up to this point. We had $500 down for a deposit for glass work (he was going to do glass doors as well), and another $1000 paid for the 1 day of work he completed. I hounded him for 2 weeks and he paid back $500 deposit. And since that time he ignores all my calls and texts and apparently decided the $1000 I paid him for shoddy work, was deserved. I had to rip up all of the tiles he laid myself (and I found out he poked 2 big holes in my shower pan, thanks for that Josh). And go out of pocket to find another pro that could actually complete the job. It was only really afterward that I realized all his 5 star reviews were for his glass work, not tile.

They were responsive at the beginning but then his responses were poor and the job was never complete.

Josh did a great job for us with a shower door install. He worked to accommodate our schedule, arrived on time and accomplished the install in a timely fashion. He is very personable, returned messages quickly and we were immediately confident that he would do a great job⠦⠦and he did!!

Josh was phenomenal to work with. After a nightmare experience trying to get my shower door installed from a big box store, All Glass came in with the rescue. Josh reached out promptly, asked great questions to understand the scope of the work, and even installed same day. He is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also wonderful person to have help complete a project. I'm extremely happy with the quality of work and would absolutely hire Josh again!

Josh is seriously amazing. So honest and knowledgable in his trade. I had an awful tile experience and meeting Josh was a breath of fresh air. As a girl handling a full renovation on my own for the very first time, I constantly felt taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge and Josh ensured that didn't happen. He was precise in his installation and extremely professional. I will be telling everyone that will listen about Josh and my top notch experience!

Price was great. Quality of the installation looks fantastic as well. Seamless transitions, door is perfectly square, high-quality glass and hardware. Iâ d definitely recommend them and will be calling back when I redo our other bathroom.

We remodeled our master bathroom and needed an frameless glass panel and door installed. Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us select the right size of glass and style of hardware. The installation was quick and professional. We love how it turned out. All Glass did an amazing job with helping us pick the right glass and style. The quality of work was great and very affordable. I would use them again in the future.
