I gave him $500 and the Pro (Mr Benavides) He said I would receive an email contract. That was 27 hours ago. Where is the contract?? Do I have to beg to get A EMAIL CONTRACT. CONTRACTORS MUST BE RELIABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. Benavides said he would install the glass door Tuesday morning. Even though I wasn't sure when my mirror would be delivered, they were willing to work with me and come when let them know it was here. Robert did an amazing job! He was an obvious perfectionist who had the job done quickly and perfectly!

I made an appointment for a quote and repair. They came out to quote, said they would be back in a few days to repair, I have not heard back from them and it's been 2 weeks. I will now find another vendor to repair.

I have filed a formal complaint against this company. At the beginning, they asked me to pay in full instead of 50% of the total cost(did not realize until I saw it written on the invoice). Said it took about 5 days to order. Once they received the payment, never heard back from them. Had to call them several times, they did not return call until I threaten to report them to home advisor and dispute the charge, they called back, said they ordered the wrong size window, should be ready to complete by end of that week, then I called again toward the end of the week to find out when they would have come out to finish the work, they never returned call. The work never got done, but the payment was paid in full. Technically, I should not be required to rate about their work quality, and the value for the money because the work never performed, but I did.
