Our specialty is the preparation of appraisals for property valuation prior to buying or selling a home, estate valuation, bankruptcy cases and divorce. IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE REFINANCING YOUR HOME OR PURCHASING A HOME WITH LENDER FINANCING THE LENDER IS REQUIRED TO SELECT THE APPAISER AND THIS CANNOT BE DONE THROUGH HOME ADIVSOR SERVICES.

I'm 55 years old and I have seen a lot of change over the years. One of the most upsetting to me and the one I discuss with my boys the most is the disappearance of customer service. Without going into that I want to go on record by saying that is NOT the case with David Triano and his company. From start to finish the communication was there. The attitude was always positive and the service rendered was exactly what was expected. No surprises. Dealing with David in this day and age was a breathe of fresh air.
