We initially hired all good electric to work on the lighting fixture in our cabinet. Came promptly a head of time and fixed it and it seemed to work while it was there but when we installed bulbs it did not work Michael came back, installed new lights, didnt charge us a fee and it looks great

"We did our repair 10 months ago and have not received any notification thy there was a problem that persists, other than once, In April we came to see what it was and you had several space heaters on one circuit. We informed you of the heavy load space heaters draw. Is there still an issue? It's odd that it worked for so long and then started tripping when it got cold again."

They were not willing to respond to fix the issue. Guaranteed the work and it stopped working within 10 days and i contacted them but they did not come back out.

"Mr. Harrell, the light fixture you are speaking of wasn't on the bill, as it was just a loose bulb. I didn't charge you for diagnostics on this task, it was just a friendly gesture. Any work we did charge you for is completely covered under our warranty. Feel free to call me and we can discuss."

When I got an estimate, he asked all the right questions about the project, which told me he was knowledgable. Work was prompt, and though a bit more than other estimates, I knew I was getting my moneyâ s worth. He pointed out a few items in my breaker panel that were not up to modern building code (which I knew) and gave me a fair quote to fix them if I so desired. Nothing â extraâ to get extra money, no shady scams - just honest quotes and professional work, completed in a timely manner. I wouldnâ t hesitate to hire the company again if I need future electrical work done.
