All Grunt Plumbing did some plumbing work for me they were on time and professional, they roto rudder my drain from the roof, and everything seemed to work fine, however a few day later we were having the same problem. When I called All Grunt, and requested that they come out to take a look I was told they did not guarantee roto rudder work and that it would additional money for them to come back out, then the guy started to quote me some very high prices over the phone just for him to even come out and take a look. Bottom line this company is a rip off and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Able to come out same day that I called and quickly completed repairs in a professional and friendly manner. Keno was very nice, respectful, and polite. He made sure repair was complete before leaving.

Three hours late to scheduled appt, so I had to reschedule for the afternoon. I had a toilet that leaked when flushed, the bowl gasket had dissolved. I received a call from All Grunt about 10 minutes after using Home Advisor and made an appointment for the next morning at 0900. At 0905 I received a call from the plumber saying he just finished a job at another site and was on his way, so far so good. 50 minutes later no plumber. I called the plumber, no answer, I called the All Grunt office and the lady I spoke to the night before answered. She said she would find out what was going on and call me back. When she called back she said a plumber could be out there at 1030-1100. I said I had to go to work before noon. Remember this was all for a 5 minute job, I had already drained the tank and removed it. I to to work at 1200 with no call back telling me why no plumber showed up. I get a call at work around 1230 and give All Grunt one more chance and make an appt at 1630. He shows up on time and does the job in about 30-40 minutes. I expected All Grunt to correct their mistake while billing me. They wasted three and half hours of my time, All Grunt's time cost $135 dollars an hour, my time costs $65 an hour. So I was charged in full, and also charged $40 for about $10 dollars in parts. There are so many things they could have done to correct their mistake. But they decided not to do anything and lose a potential future client.

The guy that worked on our faucet issue did very good, even though he lacked the knowlege of the touch feature of the faucet. But he spent extra time to find out and it worked out well. He did not charge us for the extra time he needed and charged a reasonable amount of hours for the job done. Very satisfied.

Called me immediately. Came promptly at scheduled time. Saved my weekend by fixing my unexpected flow of water coming from underneath my kitchen sink! Pricy, but then again, it was the weekend and an emergency. Would hire again. Gentleman that came was very nice and professional.

Keno was our serviceman and was very prompt and when he arrived he was polite and went straight work.Keno rocks

They were reasonably priced, and able to get the service done within the time frame I needed. They have very courteous and helpful lady on the phone. The Plummer got to my house, introduced himself, and got to work immediately. He was knowledgeable and got the work done. Even had a little error that came up from the repair, and they were back out there at no additional charge within the next business day to get the correction made. They have my service for a long time to come!

Fast, professional, courteous, and thorough. I was very pleased with their work. If in need in the future, I will definitely be contacting them.

Do not hire this company! Yes, they were the first to call me back but the man who came out was not prepared! He used my good towels as grease rags and almost flooded my upstairs when he left without telling me to get a part. The faucets leaked after the first install so the owner had to come out and fix the original plumbers work and the owner is rude and unfriendly. I was told I would be emailed pictures that the original plumber took as I needed them for Delta Faucet warranty and I never received them and I know the plumber took pictures of the rusting faucet he showed them to me. All of this cost me $400.00 to replace 3 faucets and it took 2 days and I still don't have the pictures to send to Delta Faucet. Not a good experience. All Grunt is what I got! More like all crap!
