"This customer has his facts wrong. I answered every text he sent me within a half hour. I have a copy of all the messages. The date was set a month in advance. We performed the work on that date and on time. He knew the date. He asked me on a Saturday night what time we would be there on Monday morning. I told him the schedule comes out on Sunday and I would let him know on Sunday. I did. He did not say he had any problem with that time. It is hardly chasing me down. I respond to all calls and texts within an hour Guaranteed! As far as workmanship and quality, in my opinion, the job came out great. If he had any issue he could have called or texted and I would have addressed his concerns immediately.I just had a conversation with him and he said he was upset because He did not hear from me after the job was done, and he stated that he was upset because I did not send him a bill him. l We bill once a month I explained to him. We guarantee our work, we also guarantee total customer satisfaction. Far more than any other company."
