My service professional arrived on the day requested. He came in and fixed my washing machine in less than 30 minutes. He showed me the problem and how to prevent issues and care for a GE front loaded machine. I recommemd this company. Very fast and professional.

After making appointment, there was confusion with the company when they didn’t remember what time they made it for. When I got home and checked the dryer that was supposedly cleaned of all lint, the lint trap and inside the dryer was full of lint. They did offer to come back but I could unscrew the trap and clean it myself, and I didn’t want them coming back! They also replaced a thermostat. Dryer is working fine now. Owner did call and apologize and offer $20.00 off any future repairs.

They came to assess our problem, but didn't call us back with price of parts until we called them 2 days later and their quote was extremely high. We made a mistake of hiring this company for assessment.

They called several hours ahead that technician would be later than expected rather than waiting until the last minute. The technician was very efficient in replacing the garbage disposal.

Some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with, from the owner, Nived, to Mo, the technician who came out. Had the dryer working in less than an hour. As a Realtor, I will definitely be using them again!

i found All Home Appliances to have good knowledge on my appliances. They offered good recommendations to prevent the problem. His warranty, was not like any other Company that i heard of. And the fees were very fair, I'd call them again for more services.

Initially, I spoke with Nived. He was very pleasant and helpful. It was wonderful that he was able to schedule Moe to fix my GE freezer issue, for the same day. Moe was able to arrive earlier than expected, pinpointed the problem, had the correct GE part and did the repair in a short amount of time. He was very courteous and invited me to call upon him for future services. Moe's experience made me feel confident in his ability to do the repair properly. I would recommend this company to others!

I hired AHA to work on my washer and dryer. The technician was polite, friendly and professional. We did have some communications mishaps in the arrangements, but Naveed was extremely responsive to the issues and made sure the work got done in a timely way.

Answered the phone on a Sunday night and was out to fix my fridge on Monday morning. Quick, courteous, clean, and the price was right.

My refrigerator was noisy and the washer was off balance, neither of which he could fix. He concentrated on trying to sell me a new refrigerator, and told me not to turn the washer valve off when I wasn't using it, for which I paid him $59. After he left when I reached back to turn the valve on I noticed there was a minor leak. I left a message for him to return and correct the problem, but he never responded, so I just called in a repairman to do it. Lesson learned, if your appliance needs a repair, don't call a company who also sells new appliances.

Would hire them again although it was a bit pricey. The owner actually gave us a discount after we talked about the bill! That went a long way in our book!!!
