Window A/C Unit - Service or Relocate
Showed up late claiming they cancelled the wrong appointment. They did try to fix window AC after which we both agreed to replace unit. They called later to inform they located one at a substantial savings and gave them the go ahead. We agreed on an installation date. That was the last I heard from them. On the plus side, never received any bill for their time.

Do not hire him. He does not finish the project and get the money and will not answer your call.

He needs to work with communicating with the customer on the product. He had bad time management and was not prepared. He had to leave multiple times throughout the project. I felt deceived about the product he installed.
