Tom was a true professional as well as a joy to work with. Arrived on time and completed fence project on time, even when I added a few other Handyman items inside the house to his list. Tom went above and beyond to take care of EVERYTHING for us. On top of all that, the quoted price was the best value I found and workmanship was outstanding. I'd definitely use them again.

I hired All Home Services to re-roof my barn and to remodel one interior room in it in order to weatherproof that room. Tom Burrage estimated the job and gave me a written "Not to Exceed" quote of $7,500. Jonathan Burrage came on site, also, to discuss final details and the work schedule. All the conversations were very cordial, we agreed on all details, and both parties were pleased with the job as planned. The job was due to start this morning, Monday, Nov 14, 2016. Two hours before the crew was supposed to start work Tom called and told me that there had been an error and that All Home Services would not start work unless I agreed to a $1,750 price increase. That is a 23% increase, a pretty significant error. I would expect any reputable company to stand by a written quote even in case of an error or, at the least, to offer some compromise such as splitting the difference with the customer. Instead, Tom's position, which he attributed to Jonathan who is the company owner, was simply 'take it or leave it - pay the money or get someone else to do the work.' I understand that mistakes can happen but this had to be a very very large mistake, and if it was a mistake there was a week to catch it before this morning. The magnitude of the error, the fact that I wasn't told until 2 hours before the job was supposed to start, and the fact that All Home Services offered no resolution except to pay an exorbitant price difference despite a written proposal - all this raises too many red flags. I offer this review as a caution for whatever it is worth.

I had smoke detectors replaced throughout home, window sealed, toilet leaking inside septic tank fixed, door handle replaced, closet pole reinforced. Very happy with services. Jonathan was professional, and did excellent work. He contacted me within 10 minutes of when I spoke with Home Advisors. The timing of the work was crucial because we were listing our house in days. He took the time sensitivity very seriously & completed the work. The work he did was extensive including re-building a window frame, replacing & painting rotten siding, building a wood cabinet bottom, replacing lighting, fixing a door that would not close etc. All Home Services is not just a handyman service.
