They sent 2 men and it took them 2 hrs to build 1 dresser. I had 3 pieces that needed to be built and they ran out of time. Enough time was not blocked to finish the job they were aware of. They also didn?t put the dresser together correctly & scuffed up my newly painted walls in my son?s nursery. They charge per hour and attempted to charge me for more time than they were even inside of my house. Not to mention, the office manager is not sympathetic and will text you without a greeting.

He ripped me off. It took him two hours to install the mailbox and he?s supposed to be a mailbox professional installer. He did not have the tools he needed to do the project so he left to go get something from someone else. He returned an hour later after buying the tools he needed and the drill bits and saw blades. Then he charged me for the hour that he was out shopping because he was not prepared for the job and he charged me $100 for the parts he went and bought for the drill. It?s not my fault that he was not prepared to do the job. I would never hire this man again.

next time I will go with an independent service. the corporate ones overcharge

Paid for labor to install supplied items. One item defective and excuse the tile, but $1800 and 10 hours later I have this mess. They require additional fees to finish now. I?m skeptical at best.

My experience was great. Our handyman was on the mark with his quote, had everything ready to do the project, and kept us updated when he was running behind due to the previous project taking longer than expected. He was courteous, confident and very professional. We plan to contact him when we do more future repairs.

He hired an unlicensed electrician to work on my house. The owner not there to watch his workers on the job. He does not help his workers organize their work. It?s what the workers say over what the customer thinks.

both times the person who came were personable, came on time and worked efficiently. I appreciated the communication from the main guy who did the scheduling.
