Just got another great service from All Hours Air. Love that they take care of me and my family in so many ways that I can rest easy every night knowing that my home is safe. From heating to air conditioning, plumbing to even replacing my old unsafe hot water heater. Honest and reliable service. They will make you feel like your part of their family from the care they take on the work they do.

Our 2 mini-splits quit heating. Called them and scheduled an appointment. On the day they were supposed to have a service tech at our house, they called and said they would have to reschedule due to not enough service techs. The same person who I talked to to schedule. She then asked what brand our mini-splits were. She never asked that when I first called last week. Then she tells me they don't service the brand we had. So we wasted a whole week plus. Just terrible customer service. Would never contact them again! I am in the financial service industry and I can't imagine treating a customer like that!! Just one of the worst experiences we have encountered. We were able to fix the problem ourselves! Thank you All Hours Air for saving us several hundred dollars.

Thank you very much for the replacement of my 25 year old AC with an air source heat pump. I really appreciate Anthony and his team who were on all of it to get it done, including sending Marvin (I think?) back out to fix the door to my attic that they did not break, and he helped me with my door knob just because! Really highly recommend you all! Gratzi!

We had an emergency situation, and we were able to get AHA out within 1 1/2 hours of contacting with them. They were prompt, clean and knowledgeable, and we had functioning toilets in 2 hours. Excellent service...

This company is the one you want to hire. . .bar none. Timely, professional, quality work, left the job site SPOTLESS. they quoted 8 hours and were done in 5.5 hours. Later, when an issue came up. . .even though it was late on a friday the General Manager stepped up to the plate, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. . . OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! INDEED

Tom D. was very courteous, professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and had our furnace up and running in very little time. We are very comfortable in knowing we have a dependable locally owned and operated company for all our heating and plumbing needs. We are sure you will be too!

Chris was fantastic, great communications, very reasonable price. Had bathtub converted to a walk-in shower and installed an ADA-approved toilet.

I finally found a company that I will keep on file. They arrived on time, and cleaned out my drain in a short matter of time. He was very polite and professional. I will use them again. They handle many services that I may need help with in the future.

Outstanding customer service from phone etiquette to work done in our home. A prior heating company didn't fix the problem (intermittent rattling when heater was on) and wouldn't stand by their work so we called All Hours Air. Heather was so kind and understanding when I called to set up and appointment. Todd Upton came out to assess the problem. He said the rattling noise wasn't in the heater but in the duct work. He assured me that there was no problem with the heater which gave me piece of mind. The rattling, which has been significantly reduced, is a bit annoying but not causing a problem. We will definitely call All Hours Air for any heating problems. They are the best!!

My person was so professional and was so kind to my dogs and worked with me. I am so impressed and will recommend them. He saw the problem and immediately knew what he needed and repaired the items.

If you need someone who you can trust, they're it. Everyone we dealt with was professional and knew their trade. Plus all of the guys who came to the house we're dog guys, which helped keep our dog calm through it all.
