I hired this very nice crew after a tenant family with 2 younger boys and a large dog moved out of my rental and left the place a mess. It desperately needed a deep cleaning. They did a great job cleaning all the drawers, cabinets and bathrooms. I had already cleaned the fridge and had to replace the stove. The house has hardwood (oak), tile, LVT-luxury vinyl tile and bamboo flooring. The new stove was arriving as they were leaving so I did not get to go back in for a walk thru. I had already seen a lot of great work earlier. After they had gone and the stove was installed, I could see that the LVT near the front door, where the dog must have hung out a lot, was still very dark and dingy looking. She had been using a soft mop and this really needed some kind of scrubbing tool. I guess I would have given a 4.5 stars but since that isn't an option I am giving 5 stars because they worked very hard and otherwise did an excellent job. She needs to invest in some scrubbing tools tho.
