We were not very pleased with the communication. What we were told would happen did not happen. We were misquoted on the cubic feet of a 53' trailer by salesman and he upped the price after they had loaded. We had no communication after the trailer left our front door and before it arrived at our destination. No communication. We were surprised to see that the crew that loaded us was not the crew that unloaded us as promised. I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture. We got what we paid for. Because our furnishings were put in storage, we will now have to go through everything, take an inventory and check for damage and anything missing. The items came off of the truck so fast that we did not have time to examine each item.

They do not guarantee delivery dates. It took 6 weeks to get our belongings. They are rude and do everything in cash only. Huge pain to work with, very frustrating + they broke a few things. Do not use this group!

We hired All In One to move us from NY to Florida. They did an excellent job. We had them pack and move us. They were prompt, efficient and careful. We had zero breakage and zero damage. Our Account Manager Joe Arias was the reason we chose All In One and he didn't disappoint. He was always there for us. He even came to the house during the move. Moving can be very stressful but All In One and Joe did a great job answering our questions and performing in a superior manner.

Always reliable and got the job done! I liked them so much I hired them three times!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Oscar and his team for their outstanding service in assisting with my move on January 30th! Oscar and his team arrived well within the specified window (9-10am) and immediately went into action. They were all very professional, courteous and moved at a very fast pace, while at the same time being sure to exercise caution to ensure that nothing was damaged. I am extremely pleased with the level of service that they provided and would also like to thank Senior Relocation Specialist, Jay, for the World Class customer service that he provided to help facilitate such a smooth move. Moving can be very stressful as you try to dot all the I’s and cross all the T’s however, there was a level of comfort felt during our initial conversation, that let me know that I made the right choice in selecting All In One Moving for my relocation needs and I will be sure to recommend you guys to anyone in the market for services.

Double the price they quoted. Damaged furniture. Lots of it. If you use them take out lots of insurance. You will need it!! Once they deliver your furniture there gone!!! Your can't get anyone to ansrew the phone!! Good Luck!

Missing some boxes.

Terrible, unprofessional and disgraceful ompany. Disregarded the value of our property. Told us lie upon lie and tried to charge us more on the day of the move after doing an inside estimate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE AWFUL!!!

Preface: The Better Business Bureau shows "a pattern of complaints" similar to mine.Interesting that none of those complaints are here on Home Advisor. "Binding" estimate was nearly doubled after being loaded on the truck. The moving "foreman" stated I was given a "bad estimate." Careless packers dropped and left parts of a grandfather clock they dismantled and parts of my dryer on the floor,both needing repair.My belongings were stored at their facilities for a month. Apparent disaster. Upon delivery to me, most of the boxes came off the truck upside with crushed corners and broken contents which I had packed extremely well. A nearly new microwave/convection oven packed by the movers in a cardboard box with no padding arrived crushed on one end as well. New condition washer and dryer both dented on top and scraped,several furniture pieces arrived scraped, unstable,broken and missing pieces and two mattresses sliced underneath. A very long list of items were "lost" - everything from solid oak kitchen chairs to household items, rugs and boxes of sentimental pictures of family going back to World War II. There's just too many items to be entirely specific. Furniture belonging to someone else was delivered to me which I refused. (I wonder if they got it back!) business. The salesman was wonderfully personable upon obtaining my business. After the move, he would answer his phone, state he would call back and never did (many times). Customer Relations, stated she would look into matters and call back and never did and ignored emails as well. I was calm and appropriate at all times and it didn't make a bit of difference. Very bad experience. BEWARE!

They were over 3 hours late,estimate was different from bill,they had no receipt for me, would not bring in furniture until I paid bill which was on a scrape piece of paper, three pieces of furniture was damaged I would never hire or recommend this company

I had a wonderful experience with AIO moving. Cari was extremely professional from start to finish. Price was fair and everything was delivered on the promised day. The movers who can To my home were courteous and trustworthy. Joe was also very nice and very pleasant to do business with

Very professional, they carefully packed and loaded our belongings. At delivery the driver went"the extra mile" to insure everything was 100 percent to our liking before leaving.

They were very good but was quoted for three men and two showed up. There was an adjustment of the price and they handled the job well.

I recommend these guys enthusiastically and without reservation. They make moving as stress-free as possible.

I was appalled at this careless handling of my antique furniture...it was wrapped in cheap tape with no protective padding resulting in obvious damage to my furniture....I was distracted outside with a contractor or I would have paid closer attention to what they were doing. When they arrived at the destination...they pointed out that one of the legs of my small antique chair had somehow snapped off.,,good try....I had always been very careful with it.To add insult to injury ....one of the movers broke one of my ceiling fans with a plank of wood when I cautioned him to be careful. The attitude back at the office from the agent was disgraceful...he could have cared less.i was instructed to call someone named Pam who never returned 3 phone messages. I am now disputing the charges on my credit card and I expect to be successful. This is a totally shoddy operation...keep far away.

Expect to pay 50% more than the quote they give you. They will try to nickel & dime you the day of the move ehen they decide to re-tape your boxes & put tape on furniture (it will take the finish off sone surfaces). They also try to charge you extra for paying with your credit card. Fight this! And when you call to find out why the double charges for "travel time" they don't call you back. Lastly they tell you they don't use day laborers but they clearly do. The 3 men sent, one was clearly a teenage boy. While hard working, it wasn't what I expected.

My expectations were not met. My delivery was delayed when, en route, one of their drivers was prohibited by state authorities from continuing due to driving too long. I received erroneous information from the central office and some items were damaged.

I have moved 12 times my life with professional movers. At age 56, I have very high expectations & ALLIN ONE EXCEEDED EVERYTHING from customer service, pricing, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY-- quality & efficient MOVE. We need to move in 2 years-- we will DEFINITELY use them without any other estimates!!!

I'll start by saying the treatment I received by this company was unfair, damaging, and costly to us. It started with an email that gave us a flat rate for the cost of the truck, movers, time, and distance, regardless of how long it took. After completion, I was billed by the hour, which is in direct contradiction to what I have in writing from the company. Perhaps I could have moved past this eventually if the quality and customer service were not as deplorable as their outright lies. They were an hour late to move our belongings, which they only halfway completed. The items they moved were not even taken into our property, as they thought it would be better to leave it all outside and embarrass us in front of our neighbors. What reason they had to fail on all of these fronts and to make this as bad an experience as possible is completely beyond me, and this company should not be listed on Home Advisor.

They were very courteous, professional and quick. They disassembled and reassembled all furniture very professionally.
