Very thorough in explaining the situation and professional. Did great work in short period time. Next time please let customer know all options up front. Unclogged the slow drain then advise I may need service every 6 months. I asked how much will a new pvc pipe cost and when can they install it. They told me they can do it that day. Could have saved time and money if they presented that option in the beginning.
