Average. Did not go above or beyond. Not cheap compared to who we use now.

The installation was good. But they did not honor the quote about halfway through the process they jacked the price by $1,000 dollars. Then they were supposed to take out the old heating system and the oil tank guess what that did not happen. Now have been calling since June of 2019 to have them complete the project but just the run around they say will call you back never happens. I even gave them the option of just refunding the $450. I paid in advance for the service that did not happen. Buyer beware.

We were so pleased with the professionalism and the quality of the service we received from All Phase Heating & Cooling. Peter and his team are very knowledgeable and were able to point out deficiencies in multiple areas that were addressed without hesitation. We now have a new safer oil tank and a great air conditioning system that will keep us cooler for years to come. Peter puts the customer's needs and safety first. Thank you to all!

Installed 6 Carrier mini splits. A/C works great. Heat mode is less effective. Service has been great. Visited twice, on time, to correct pressure.

Central air install required installing ductwork as well, as we have baseboard heat. The All Phase team completed the project in just two days. Now we just have to wait for summer to test it out.

Way too pricey for the work that was done!

I woke Peter up at 5 am and he came that afternoon and fixed all my issues. He was courteous, professional and worked very quickly. I had no heat and he found squirrels had gotten into my chimney and blocked the chimney. He removed the squirrels and put a new part on the boiler. And he called and checked the next day to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend all phase heating to anyone.

All Phase was easy to work with and solved my issue. A gentleman showed up with his father, I believe it is a family run company. Dealing with them was genuine and a nice change of pace from other companies I’ve dealt with.

I had a furnace replaced and a on-demand water heating system installed. They were prompt and able to schedule the job quickly and the install took two days (one day for the furnace and a second day for the on-demand hot water system). They did a great job on the install. There was some confusion on the free installation of a thermostat and took several calls afterwards to get it put in. My one grip is they left the old units in the basement after stating they would be back to pick these up as there was no room in the service van to do so. After several calls they stated they outsource this to a third party and that this third party would contact me, but they never have. Will update the review once the old units are removed.

Dont waste your time and money. We hired all phase to install a high efficiency furnace in our home at the end of fall 2018. The initial consultation went well with the owner, however.... Installation day: The workers showed up 2 hrs late (lateness seems to be a consistent issue here) and argued(yelled) at each other all day. They made a huge mess and left leaving our door open, the lights on, everything exposed. One of them took pavers from my garden into my house to possibly use for something- I have not clue what, but they didnt ask. And when I requested the return them I found the pavers throw carelessly into my front plants. Another worker managed to damage the shelving unit in our basement by trying to stand on it. The list of problems goes on and on. Holes, in our walls that were unnecessary and sloppily "repaired", tracking pipe epoxy (which is red) all over our house. We hoped that despite the circus that we dealt with our heating unit would work well, however, after the first cold snap our furnace froze. This company installed a furnace with a condensing unit in our attic which is an open air attic. The did not insulate the furnace, or any of the condensing tubes. Because of their incompetence I have learned what should have been done. Other than the initial consult I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this company. They have wasted so many of mine and my husbands working days by NOT showing up or showing up SO LATE. Their price was good, but it's not the headache.

Definitely do not use All Phase Heating & Cooling. Sytem did not work, Delayed installation , inadequate / not work properly New HVAC systems/ Cigarette butts everywhere never completed the job

they showed up twice, once to evaluate the job and then again to actually do the job. it took a few days for them to schedule me in. however they came when promised and did a fine job.

Listened to what we needed and provided a great solution. Turnaround time was excellent from start to finish.

Called for A/C repair service a week in advance. Explained I had replaced capacitor and contactor and was still experiencing problems. Contactor would still not engage. Day of service the service employees showed up 6 hours past the scheduled appointment time, then left because they didn't have the required parts. Upon return they replaced a capacitor and charged me 13 times what it costs on Amazon, replaced my service disconnect for 100 (reasonable) and then loaded up the unit with Freon (not sure that was necessary but let's assume it was). They got the unit to run and left me an $800 bill. Fast forward to that night. The unit would not shut off. Turns out the contactor was forced in and did not disengage. They didn't cycle the unit, and ergo did not fix the problem. I called the office and was told "there is nothing I can do about that, you'll have to talk to the service tech". I ultimately hired someone else who diagnosed the problem as a bad wire and charged me less than 100 bucks for the fix.
