All In One Septic

My overall experience with this company was negative. They did pump our septic and as far as I know, completed the job. They sold us bacterial packets for $145 and the same packets are sold on-line for $22. Four months after they pumped our septic I reached out to ask questions and none of the phone numbers they advertised worked. Had to track Ricky down through the company they use to provide the bacteria packets. Turns out that person is his Aunt. Based on the aggressive comments from Ricky toward me I will never use this company again and ask others to be cautious when considering this company. They do not provide a waste manifest after pumping so there is no back-up documentation of waste removal. Also learned that our system does not use the bacteria packets. Our maintenance company confirmed if anything is needed, it would be yeast, which costs $2. All in One pumped our septic in March. Everything seemed to go well. They recommended we start using bacteria packets which can be ordered through them. They charged $145 for the product. In July we received an inspection report from our septic maintenance company that one of the tanks was quite full. They advised me to reach out to the company that pumped the tank and asks for a manifest of hauled waste. There were concerns our system was not working right. When I reached out to All in One using the phone number on the receipt, the number was disconnected. Went to their website and tried that number, but a message said the mailbox was full. Remembered that we bought the bacteria packets from them and there was a different phone # on there and called it. Turns out that person is the aunt of Ricky and agreed to have him contact me. Ricky called and I told him about the issues with our system and told him about the request from the maintenance company. He said to send him the report they sent me so I texted it to him. No response. Two days later I texted to find out what he thought. I was looking for a professional perspective. He said the system was operational and he had no other advice. He stated they pumped the tanks and there is nothing else to offer. I asked more questions and he became defensive and his comments became very brusque to the point of being rude. When I asked about his phone numbers not working he took a screenshot of a different phone number from HomeAdvisor and sent it to me. When I commented giving a review on his company he stated they would seek defamation of character and slander of their business. When I asked why he was now threatening a lawsuit he said he was not, but just make sure you do not input any false allegations, The comments were unnecessary. All facts - they sold us a product at an extremely inflated price, that was not needed, their advertised phone numbers that did not work and then he threatens to sue me over slander and defamation. Really?

I hired All In One Septic to pump out my tank and check out the condition of the tank. They were able to come out the same day and take care of it for me! Ricky Jr was the one to come out and help me. He was very professional and friendly. He made sure to explain what he recommended and why. Overall, I had a great experience.

The techs were professional knowledgeable and discussed and answered if there were any issues with the septic system.

I had originally planned for another company to do the job but that company had truck issues and I was going to have to wait a week. All In One came out the same day that I contacted them. They did a professional and thorough job and explained everything they did. I plan to use them in the future and highly recommend them.

Shawn was on time and was very professional. As an engineer, I am always curious about how systems work. Shawn was very thorough in explaining to me the various components of an aerobic septic system - flows and capacities, controls and alarms, digestion and discharge, etc. He offered suggestions on system checks before the next pump out and was most informative and efficient. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of septic services.
