Seemed over priced for the work performed. The quote received was not detailed enough. The first quote was had written with one sentence, **trees trimmed away from house** I contacted him stating more detail was needed and should match what we discussed when we met at my home and decided upon work needed. Another hand written quote was sent but I should have requested again as again not enough detail for me to determine incomplete work. (Both quotes were sent via text where a picture was taken on cell phone of a hand written quote) Work performed was not what was agreed upon verbally. I was not able to be at the house when work was performed...my husband was, and he was not involved in what work was agreed upon. My husband paid them on the spot when they said the work was complete. I should have approved the work prior to payment. That was my husbands and my fault of course. I did send an email to All In Tree Service letting them know I was disappointed. I would recommend that before using this company to get very, very detailed quote and to be in attendance when work is done or agree to pay upon inspection of work performed.

I hired Jeffrey was to cut trees and remove stump, all they did was take the tree down, I called and they told me they would take care of it, however they have not picked up the wood and stump. I have been trying to get the Jeffrey to complete job but is not having any luck, have had 4-5 no call, no show this past Saturday they called me and said I was 1st. stop, did not show again, 12/10/19 update I had to use homeadvisors complaint process and create a formal complaint, by doing this All In Tree service did issue me a refund for $250.00 since they never returned to grind my tree stump or help remove the wood pile. Since I had to do all this and they never called me once or apologized for all this mess my star review stands.
