Billy was friendly, knowledgeable, and not in a rush. He took time to show us things we needed to see before he left. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience with AllInspected was wonderful. Billy was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He gave us a very detailed overview of our new home.

Billy is fantastic! He took his time and explained everything to me. Very thorough and you can tell he enjoys (and is good at) what he does!

Billy was very thorough and informative. He was so informative, I don't remember even asking many questions.

Thereâ s a reason Billy has so many five star reviews. Billy is extremely professional, competent, knowledgeable and friendly to boot! Everything about our experience with Billy from start to finish was exceptional. We contacted him after seeing all his good reviews, and he responded to our call immediately and gave us good vibes right off the back. He told us he loves what he does and it was obvious. He was able to come inspect the house right away when we needed it. The day of the inspection he showed up right on time (although we were a little late) but already got started. He was patient and extremely thorough and educated us every step of the way. He didnâ t miss a thing. He even informed us of how to take care of everything in the future and what to look out for. After finishing his extremely detailed report, he contacted us the next day on a Sunday to let us know what minor things needed to be corrected. Iâ m pretty sure what he found were things someone else could have easily missed. We are first time home buyers and can sleep better at night knowing that our home was inspected by someone whose work we completely trust. Hire him. Do it. No, weâ re not related or affiliated in any other way, just very happy customers. Working with him leaves you wishing everyone you hire could be as competent.

Billy was amazing. He is thorough and also has a wealth of knowledge that he was happy to pass along. His attention to detail is impeccable. He will be very honest in what he sees and makes sure that you understand. His report is detailed and easy to understand. Billy takes pride in the work that he does, and for that reason, you can't go wrong choosing him as your inspector.

I used "Allinspectied" Just a few weeks ago. Billy the home inspector did an excellent job inspecting my home he left no stone unturned. and also a nice guy. I would highly recommend him.

Billy is very professional and thorough. He has a quick turnaround time and he also takes the time to explain things. We had a unique situation wherein the seller referred to issues as only being cosmetic, but Billy was able to expose many problems with the house, which helped us make a more informed decision as to whether we really wanted to commit to such a large expense. Billy's expertise saved us from buying into a big money pit and we are extremely grateful to him. We will use his services again and we highly recommend him to anyone.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Quick responses, thorough inspection and even explained the process. I feel like I know my house so much better! Will definitely hire again for future services! He is very knowledgeable and professional and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand everything and feel confident in your new home!

Excellent service. The final report was easy to understand. Service was fast, but not sloppy. Customer service was top notch.

Billy is customer oriented and works for his customer. He keeps you going in the loop from start to finish and makes himself available to his customer. I would not hesitate to hire him again for a home inspection.

I asked Mr. Billy Spaker to perform an inspection of my deck/screened in porch when I learned that the builder failed to obtain a building permit. He responded to my call immediately and within 24 hours came out to my home to do an inspection. My son was getting married and we had a small window of time to work within and wanted to be sure the porch was safe and up to code. Within 24 hours of the inspection Mr. Spaker produced a very thoughtful and comprehensive inspection report, including pictures, which we were able to use to make the necessary structural corrections in order to bring the porch up to code. Eventually the porch project was abandoned, so we used the report to complete the project ourselves in order to obtain a building permit. Without the report we would never have achieved this. I highly recommend Mr. Spaker without hesitation to anyone seeking a professional home/building inspector. Aliki
