Shawn/Sean is a phenomenal craftsman!! He was very personable & conversive. He had an upbeat and genial demeanor, he was very punctual and attentive to detail, and he updated me on when he would be arriving, what the job entailed, the cost of the job, and was extremely proficient at performing said job when he arrived. He finished the job in a very timely manner, offered me an array of advice and suggestions on how to create and utilize the wall mount and screen positioning in the most beneficial and enjoyable manner. And proceeded to install said mount and screen perfectly and very much to my satisfaction! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GENTLEMAN TO ANYONE, ANYTIME! My experience with HomeAdvisor was another story. If possible, just contact Sean directly and bypass HomeAdvisor ALL TOGETHER. THEY GIVE YOU MIXED MESSAGES AND INFORMATION, STRING YOU ALONG, AND TRY TO GET YOU TO PAY "THEM" BEFORE THE CRAFTSMAN/TECHNICIAN/SERVICEMAN EVEN ARRIVES AND BEGINS HIS TASK.
