ALL LAND, LLC. was founded by Penn State graduate, H. Mark Bard. As a full service surveying firm (licensed in both PA/MD), we provide practical, cost effective surveying and land development planning services. Our growing list of satisfied clients includes private individuals, real estate developers, design-build contractors, legal/title companies, real estate brokers, utility service providers, contractors, public sector clients and many others. Leading-edge technologies such as GPS, robotics and electronic data collection are used, ensuring accurate results and cost savings to our clients. We take the same approach whether we are completing highly detailed ALTA surveys for large commercial sites or residential lot surveys. With 40+ yrs. of experience. We DO NOT Service any state but PA and MD. We DO NOT Subdivide in MD. DO NOT USE the HOME Advisor App to Pay us. We accept CC over the phone. Free Quotes. $100 to get started.
