MIKE CAME BACK WHEN I THOUGHT I HAD A PROBLEM AND FIXED IT. HE STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK. I DID FEEL HE WAS A BIT OVER PRICED BUT HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT RETURNED A CALL.

When using any pro you MUST ask questions and be sure you understand what they intend to do. We did not thoroughly understand what they were going to fix and how heavy the removable material was going to be. This was our fault. We are still waiting for an itemized statement, which they said was being mailed.

Came out to fix my shutters on 5/23 since then my shutters cannot open or close call 10 times in 1 week with mail box full I tried texting him no answer I have 30 days warranty.
