An appliance technician was hired. He arrived and diagnosed the problem ( water leak). He said he repaired it and left without verifying that the problem was taken care of. He did not even turn on the appliance to check that it functioned properly after repair. After he left we used the appliance (washer) and it was still leaking water. We called him and told him the washer was still leaking. He wanted to charge another service charge for another trip. We told him it was the same issue he fixed. He returned two days later and repaired the leaking. Was not professional or courteous on the second trip.
