Great workers

Work was quick and workers were friendly. They performed the services as described and in a timely manner. It was much cheaper than other quotes.

Upon submitting the request for quotes on mold remediation I was contacted by Dave within hours to 1 day. I had a consultation scheduled with Dave within the week. I can not attest to the testing services of All Mold & Basement Services as I had the testing done prior to submitting the quote requests. Dave was very professional and forward with his process. While their process is very similar to others on this site, they go the extra mile and use a dry ice blasting technique to remove and eradicate the mold from all services and even between the joists and flooring which other companies could not guarantee would be done. Because of this process they weren't the lowest quoted price but the end result was the wood looked BRAND NEW. Both my wife and I were astonished. There were some delays in getting started and finished however this was not due to the company but adverse weather. With close to 1,600 sqft needing work and in meeting the agreed upon deadlines some areas appeared to had been missed and were brought up with Dave. He personnaly came out with one member of his crew and the necessary treatment materials and immediately took care of the questionable spots. I can't speak highly enough of Dave and his folks and I would highly recommend this company if you have need of mold remediation work.

Worst experience ever. Dave comes and sells you that his service of dry ice removal is best way to go. Well, he forgets to tell you that they break HVAC vents and ducts, contaminates the insulation in your attic, dings every door frame and window sill in your home and then said to never text or email him again without offering to pay for damages. Oh and he still hasn’t seen the ‘final’ job. He never came to see damages or incomplete work or to provide mold tests after work was completed. They didn’t complete the dry ice as the attic floor was not done. All this for the price of 2 1/2 times his cost. His crew, including his daughter, did not properly set up containment before removing boxes that may have contained mold from the attic. They were carried through the house and possibly spread spores. Booties were never worn on feet. Personal possessions were broken. We are left with a non working air conditioning unit, improperly insulated attic resulting in higher heating bills, a carport full of personal belongings that have now been through 2 snow storms, and we don’t have the peace of mind of knowing that all mold has been removed Dave and All Mold and Basement is a train wreck. Dave failed to deliver a quality and complete service yet wants to be paid as if he did. Consumer BEWARE!! Use a different company if you have mold removal needed. Don’t let Dave’s sweet talk and God bless you attitude deceive you. It will only come back to haunt you when they come and destroy your house

I contacted seven contractors about this job and the results were baffling. Quotes ranged from $1900 to $7800 and the scope was all over the place. Dave sold me on three things. 1-His knowledge of the business. I have a background that helped me understand the problem and he could speak to it from a biological perspective better than any of them. 2-His desire to provide a winning solution to my situation. He obviously wanted the business, but his discussions were focused on solving the problem and he even gave me solid advice on which other contractors he would suggest. 3-His faith and guarantee that he would solve it. He provided a quote that he stuck to, and assured me that he would not stop until it was finished. Something cam up AFTER he was fully paid and he responded with the same professionalism and thoroughness and came to take care of it at no extra cost. I will use him for any needs I have and can not recommend him highly enough.

If you want to eradicate mold AND fix the reason why it formed to begin with then Dave Sock is you man. Fantastic guy and he will not quote you things that you don't need. I recommend this company whole heartedly!

After believing Dave and what he told me about the job, I thought the price was a bit steep, but I was freaking out and wanted the mold out of my attic. After the work was completed, I called my insurance company to get a claim opened. When the adjuster came here he said I could not be reimbursed because the attic wasn't properly vented. He also told me I paid WAY too much to the contractor, and even if the damage would have been covered, the insurance would never pay me anywhere near what I was charged. He said I was taken advantage of and explained how much the work should have cost as per Travellers rates. I felt humiliated and disgusted with ALL MOLD AND BASEMENT SERVICES. I called the business and explained this to them, but they got all defensive and blamed the insurance adjuster for not doing his job right. I don't care who blames who, the bottom line is I was OVERCHARGED for this job. And will never use Home Adviser again. The guys themselves were very nice and friendly, but to take advantage of me was unnerving to me.

We called All Mold and Basement because we were continually getting water in the basement. Dave explained why this was happening and what they could do to prevent it from happening again. The workers arrived on time, were courteous and knowledgeable; Dave inspected their work himself when they were done, and encouraged us to call him with any further questions. All told, we were very impressed with the company and by Dave's personal attention to the project.

Dave and crew are very kind, understanding and competent. A few glitches at the end of the job were remedied immediately. Dave went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I would confidently recommend him to others. Thank you Dave.

David was wonderful to work with. He was very upfront and honest about everything, and did not try to sell us things we did not need. He was also open to negotiating the price for the entire project. Our basement was infested with mold, and he and his guys took out everything that didn't need to be there, and did a thorough job of cleaning the entire area. We also had them repair a leak that was coming from our main pipe, and so far, so good. We are very happy with the work that he and his guys did for us.

We had a good experience with this company performing mold removal and installation of a water proofing system in our basement. They took the extra time to really evaluate the mold and water issues we had in our basement and explained in detail all of our options and the process involved in the resolution. The crew was knowledgeable, and professional. They reviewed the scope of work with us to make sure we were pleased with the process and results. They showed us pictures of the progress, tested the system sump pump in front of us, and went over how everything was put together and how the system will function. They also provide a good comprehensive warranty on the system. We'd recommend this company to anyone out there with similar issues in their basement.
