The movers were nice/polite (hired for packing and moving services), but the packing was unprofessional, and I was ultimately charged 127% more than the original estimate. I was originally quoted $1100 for the packing and the moving, which was an estimate so I didn't expect it to be exact, but I was charged $2496.19. While management was professional and offered a partial refund after reviewing my concerns, the final cost still remained more than 70% above what I was quoted.
I hired All My Sons for a full pack-and-move service after receiving an estimate of approximately $1,100. Despite accurately describing the contents of my home and decluttering extensively beforehand, my final bill was $2,496.19. After working with management, they acknowledged that the packing and overall service fell short of their standards and issued a partial refund. I appreciated their professionalism throughout the complaint process, but even after the refund, the final cost remained more than 70% above th

Movers did a great job. Arrived on schedule and worked at a good pace. Got the job done in time scale that matched the load and the transport environment. Friendly staff on the job and in the office.
All items handled with care. Specialty items that needed extra packing were well taken care of.

I contacted All My Sons Moving as my wife and I were going to be relocating across the state of Wisconsin. The guys who came to do the work were incredible. Very polite, very professional and they did amazing work, they were nonstop until the job was done. All of our Personal belongings were well taken care of everything was wrapped and no damage was done. On a scale of 0 to 10 these guys are a definite 10 I would recommend them to anyone.

No, I was not prept to give this review. My experience was real with these movers and they
were professional very timely in pursuits to get the job done on time no play or waiting around.
Now I never had movers that packed so perfectly protecting my belongings and these guys did an amazing job at wrapping everything neatly placed in the truck with care. I certainly would recommend this company to anyone and everyone I come across for moving services.

We were told 2 movers would arrive around 8am. Got there at 730 am to get a call by 9am saying the movers would arrive after 12pm! After discussions saying we were told we'd be the first job, she told us we were pushed to the 2nd job and that they'd give us a 3rd guy free of charge to make the move faster. After noon came & went, and I called asking where the guys were. This time I got a man on the phone who argued my 3rd guy being free... I explained to him what the lady said and for the INCONVENIENCE of being pushed 2nd, waiting around ALL day long, then he FINALY agreed to give us the 3rd guy for free. Movers arrived at 3:30pm!!!!!!! 3 guys, one who WREAKED of MARIJUANA and one who kept sneaking my mom's stuff into the front seat of their truck as I watched out the balcony window. Yep, I KNOW they stole my mom's stuff! My mom was missing ALL of her credit cards besides the one she paid with after we got her into her new home (which, by the way, wasn't until after 9pm)! They stole!

Would not recommend. The office and movers do not communicate. Was told it would be the next day. Then later that morning when I should be expecting them they tell me it will not happen today but can tomorrow. Then while there the movers were on the phone a bunch, then had to ask for an invoice multiple times. Which was incorrect and was charged for more hours than they were there. It was a very simple move of just strictly furniture and all drawers and beds were apart.

Excellent service, professionalism and reliability. From booking to final unloading in a location 3.5 hours away the process was great. Lamont and Wilbur got things small and very large packed and moved nicely with smiles. Great job. I recommend this company and will rehire for future moving needs!

They did a trrrible job. They didn?t take things they were shown to take, they couldn?t put a bed together and they broke my coffee table to name a few things. And my sofa is sitting in the porch because they didn?t bother to check the other door which is wider. With the coffee table It appears the screws were ripped out due to improper handling.
