The two gentlemen that arrived did exactly what I needed to get done. The needed absolutely NO supervision, they moved some heavy lockers and assembled the shelving and adjusted the doors in record time. They were efficient, professional and extremely courteous. Those qualities are very hard to find in companies now a days.

As an active-duty military member completing a PCS move, I trusted this company with nearly everything I owned. We drove ourselves to our new duty station, and as I began going through my items after driving 1,250 miles, I realized two of my luxury handbags worth five thousands dollars total was missing. I paid $989, which was extremely overpriced.In addition to the missing items, I also discovered that multiple belongings had been damaged due to careless handling. A military PCS is already stressful enough without having to unpack your home only to realize that your property is missing and damaged.Instead of settling into my new home, I?ve spent my time documenting damage, creating inventories of missing items, and filing claims for property that should have arrived safely. The actions that occurred during my experience: 1)- Use of profanity/unprofessional language/unprofessionalism all throughout the move 2)- Arriving earlier than the agreed upon time 3)- Furniture carelessly wrapped (parts that needed to be covered were unwrapped) 4)- Loud verbal conflict (profanity/threatening language) where neighbors and apartment management could witness 5)- No packing of my clothes occurred although previously promised 6)- The movers forgot my dryer until I told them it needed to be moved as well 7)- Absolute mishandling of my dryer and since the move does not work 8)- Movers uneducated about the factors that go into pricing (almost charged over $1400 for a local move to a place located 13 minutes away) 9)- Bad communication from the team in the office to the movers showing up 10)- They scuffed up the floor in the living room 10)- Mover sitting on my unwrapped fabric couch after sweating and being dirty Overall, I was very unsatisfied with this moving company fro

I feel like I got a fair price and they helped me bring the cost down some.
One of the guys on the crew seemed like he was just learning and didn’t know the answers to some of my questions. It also didn’t seem like he took as much interest or care as the main guy on the crew.
I wish they would’ve asked more questions about what needed to go throughout the move because several things got left behind. I wish they would’ve taken.
Overall, it was a good experience and I would hire them again

My first experience with All My Sons was very positive. Their truck arrived on time. The three employees were professional and fun to work with. The second experience with them was a nightmare. They were supposed to deliver a small desk to my apartment at a retirement community. When they arrived, the were unsure about this move. They thought they came to pick up some furniture instead of deliver that small desk. When the movers got their boss on the phone, he insisted I pay for their time and effort and threatened to sue me. I told them I wasn't going to pay for a service that didn't happen. He said "well" then we can't provide service to you".
I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. They need to fire their current management and start over, using management with a conscience and a much higher level of proficiency.

Words cannot fully express how grateful I am for All My Sons Movers. 2025 was a very difficult year for my family, and it resulted in us needing to move our mom. The task felt overwhelming for my sister and me, so we began looking into hiring movers to help.
From beginning to end, All My Sons Movers provided excellent service and made us feel like they truly cared. Raven was the agent who initially took my call, and she was wonderful. She went above and beyond to provide great customer service and helped answer all of our questions.
When I later received the confirmation call to schedule the move, the team also worked hard to make sure everything matched what had originally been quoted. That attention to detail meant a lot to us.

Team of 4 movers did great job moving items from 2 storage units in one city, then delivering them and unloading in different city 1.5 hrs away. All 4 movers were professional, time efficient with positive attitude throughout the process. All done in Texas 90+ temperature! JC led his team exceptionally well working alongside them.
