Fantastic service and efficient work for two movers ! I had a great experience with Moses and his teammate. Also got help on the price because my movers wanted to take some items instead of getting charged to get rid of them. Thank you guys. The only thing I was a little surprised about was getting charged for the materials. I feel like this should have been built into the hourly rate . Other than that no complaints and service was excellent!

We were having new windows installed and needed heavy furniture moved and then put back in place after the windows were installed. Jordan and Raoul were prompt, very helpful, and went over and above what was required. We highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with a move.

The movers loaded furniture and miscellaneous items from a 2nd story apartment to a U-Haul. They were quick and efficient!! They also were on time - I would definitely use All My Sons again.

Unfortunately, this was the worst moving experience I have ever had. My reservation, originally scheduled in July, was not properly recorded due to an error with my email address, and when I reconfirmed the day before the move, I was presented with additional charges that were not part of my original quote. During the move, one crew member was repeatedly sitting in the truck on his phone instead of working and became confrontational and used profanity after the issue was addressed by the crew lead. Management became involved and attempted to resolve the situation, and my final charge was adjusted to $800. However, at the end of the move, I also discovered damage to my bed, which was immediately reported to the crew and management. I was told the damage would be addressed, and I am awaiting follow-up. I chose All My Sons because of its reputation, but unfortunately, this experience fell far below what I expected from the company.

Trevor was amazing! Very organized move. He handled our furniture with so much care. This is my second time using All My Sons and each time my experience has been very good. Man my movers were the so cool. They got that stuff done super quick and smile THE ENTIRE time. They were professional, kind, friendly, helpful and strong af! And had REALLY COOL TATTOOS! My move was scheduled for Saturday, June 27, with the movers expected around 12:00 p.m. When they did not arrive, I spent hours trying to reach someone. After finally speaking with customer service around 5:00 p.m., I was told to call back. Despite multiple calls, I received no updates or courtesy call. Around 7:00 p.m., I was told the movers would arrive by 7:45 p.m., but they never showed. At 8:00 p.m., I was informed the move would have to be rescheduled for the next day. The only compensation offered was a 10% discount, which did not reflect the inconvenience caused. When the movers arrived the following day, they handled my furniture carelessly. They threw my couch cushions on the apartment hallway floor, dragged my dresser across concrete without wrapping it or using a dolly until I questioned them, laid my couch directly on the hallway floor without protection, and moved my mattress with no cover.

Sergio and his team worked very hard and were careful with the furniture and the walls. They were patient and accommodating when I changed my mind about where to put a heavy piano, necessitating an extra flight of stairs, so that was really appreciated. So no concerns with the crew who were professional and punctual and effective. The fuel surcharge $230 seems excessive for the adjacent move that did not even use a vehicle, just moved with trolleys.
