Horrible experience! Bad management that is argumentative and not customer centric,

Movers were decent, but slow. Entire thing was a mess - I was originally supposed to have a two-man team, but they got held up by a different move before mine and I didn't get any estimates basically all day. Had to resort to swapping to a 3-man team to get everything over, which still took longer than I thought they would to get everything over. Only reason this is 2 stars and not one is because the movers themselves were at least decent, if, again, slow.

Every part of the move went so smoothly. We had several booking date changes and there were never any issues or price changes. Our moving team was FANTASTIC! They were so careful with all our belongings. No scratches or bumps on the walls or furniture, and all boxes were handled gently. Also, no surprise extra costs. We highly recommend All My Sons Moving Company!

From a communication and management perspective this was a horrible experience from start to finish. I was given a pickup time of 12 pm, Friday, May 8, 2026. After multiple calls and a virtual shouting match with management the crew showed at 5:30 pm. That?s not the worst part?. They began loading, that was completed about 9pm and arrived at my destination location at 10pm (after the crew took dinner break). They began unloading when management called to say they could not complete the move until the following day. Again, I encountered a very arrogant, condescending manager that kept defending his position of no guaranteed pickup or delivery time period. However, I must say that Manual, the moving crew lead was incredible and most accommodating under a horrible management situation. Now, to make matters worse, the charge was more than double their moving estimate. I would never recommend this AMS branch to anyone.

Terrible shady pricing all the way through. By the first call you?ll think you?re good to go and everything sounds great. By the time moving day comes, when you?re under pressure and have to move, they?ll put the real quote in front of you. And then by the end it?ll be that amount. No transparency. They CAN give you the quote ahead of time, but they act like they can?t. They let the movers do it when you don?t have a choice and it?s your moving day. I will say their movers were nice. Their company is shady.

I was told I was being scheduled as the second move of the day. Well the day of my move I get a call a little after 8am telling me they will be there shortly and they had down I was the first move of the day. Luckily I was moving out of my sisters house and was able to have her be there while they loaded my things up and I go pick up my keys and wait at my new apartment for them(the leasing office didn?t open until 9am which is why I said I didn?t want to be the first move of the day.) They told me it would be $169 an hour plus an additional hour added on to whatever my time was. I was only having my extremely heavy/large items moved so they were able to load it, drive the 12 miles and unload it in a few minutes over an hour. I had already paid $100 deposit weeks beforehand and the amount the said I owed when they were done was completely Outrageous. They charged me AN ADDITIONAL $467, so I paid $567 total for them to move less then ten items only 12 miles in an about an hour.

My team was wonderful. Que,, Kaine and Sebastian were super great professional and fast. I was a blessing working with them. I apologize I didn’t think to take any picture, but I am very happy with the service

Both movers were fast and efficient. I was impressed how they got all my furniture upstairs in my new house.

My move was perfect. The team took great care in moving every single thing. I was impressed how carefully everything was handled. It was a big love and they did a great job. Very obvious they take pride in their work. I used this company many years ago and I will use them again. It went perfect. It was worth every dollar!

I moved from Plano to Celina. Kevin and his coworker were friendly! I’d recommend All My Sons moving company to my friends, family, and coworkers. Reasonably priced!

This was my 4th time using AMS; the previous times, things went great. Not so much for this move, though: 1. The movers reassembled the bed incorrectly and with missing hardware which caused it to break during use; 2. Rather than send a team member to the location, which it was my understanding would happen, I was given a PDF form to print, fill out, scan, copy and mail. (We're still unpacking and waiting for Internet service; I'm a ways off from being able to do all of those things.) If I'd known the process for filling out a claim, I would've not purchased the more expensive insurance option; and if I'd known that my bed would break due to incorrect reassembly, I'd have gone with a different mover.

I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. The crew worked extremely slowly, which made what should have been a straightforward move take far longer than expected. More concerning, they were careless while moving items through my home and ended up hitting the walls in multiple places, knocking paint off and leaving visible damage behind.

The 3 men they sent were terrific. They worked seamlessly together and got everything done in great time. I would recommend this company and these 3 movers especially. Isaiah, Jace and JK I believe were their names.

These guys were delayed due to weather for a few days. They always communicated well during the delay. When they were able to get started, they showed up in a timely manner, very respectful, organized and detailed. They packed a few things, took the beds apart, loaded everything they could and headed to the new location very expeditiously. They got to the new location, set everything back up, offloaded and were on their way quickly. They never sat around and let the clock run. They did a great job, protected all our belongings and wrapped everything very well. I highly recommence them and will use them again if and when we move.

All My Sons operates with a level of incompetence and bad-faith business practices that should concern consumers. While the initial packing and storage appeared acceptable, the problems surfaced at delivery. After 11 months of paid storage, the company suddenly demanded an undisclosed $800 charge that had never been invoiced or mentioned before?only raised when my belongings were effectively being held for delivery. More troubling was the disappearance of my 65? LG television. I personally observed it being loaded onto the truck and was shown documentation at unloading indicating it had been received, yet it was reported ?missing? upon delivery. The claims department offered only $200 in compensation, far below the reasonable replacement cost. Based on my experience, consumers should be cautious of undisclosed charges, lost property, and inadequate compensation. These practices reflect a lack of transparency, accountability, and respect for customer rights.
