All My Sons Moving & Storage

Our experience was fantastic. The guys were hard working and efficient. Had to make them take a quick break for lunch. They were careful and got the job done as quickly as possible. We were very pleased.

This was my first time using a moving company .I really needed to understand what I was spending my money on and stick to a budget. Marcello and Carlos were exceptional with explaining very thoroughly and they assured me they will take good care of things. They did just that and more than anything they had such amazing personalities.

Both Alexander and John were great. It started off a little shaky but overall both did a phenomenal job. John was awesome in making sure everything was packed right and so far nothing looks broken. Deserves a big raise. A big thank you to both John and Alexander for making my moving day less stressful.

Called to move big items I couldn’t move myself. From upstairs to upstairs. They came the next day and were very professional. Very reasonably priced for the difficulty of the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve moved a lot, during my part military career but after this flooding fiasco at this rental house , I needed miracle workers. Robert and his two young moving superheroes from All My Sons Moving & storage/ Ft. Worth didn’t just move my stuff they moved my stress out the door. Fast but not reckless, professional but still human, and Robert the head mover (extraordinaire) 😎 made sure every box and piece of furniture was treated like family heirlooms. Clean cut, polite, and honestly, if Robert’s team had been there during the flood, they might’ve fixed that too. Highly recommend these guys they’re the real deal!

If you want quality care of your personal belongings and courteous customer service, this is NOT the company to hire. My family tried to file a claim for multiple broken items, but after submitting the form for one broken item after not receiving proper instruction on how to submit multiple items on the form, we were NOT ALLOWED to go back to submit another claim for other broken items. The entire claim process was confusing and unclear, and when we reached out for assistance to file another claim form, every customer service representative showed zero empathy regarding our broken family heirlooms, and refused to let us submit another claim for. We are incredibily disappointed in the lack of empathy and courtesy shown, and would never recommend using this company.

This is the second time we've utilized All My Sons to move us. They're always super professional. They communicate frequently. They handle our items with care. They have new supplies and equipment. The employees are not contractors and they really do a good job. We'll use them again in a few mo this when we move out of state.

I was really disappointed with this moving company. While the movers themselves were friendly, the overall service was poor. One of my dressers was broken during the move and is now unusable, meaning I have to replace it out of pocket. I specifically told them ahead of time that I had shrink wrap available. They only used it on one dresser, while the rest of my furniture and belongings were barely protected, which likely contributed to the damage. On top of that, I was never informed that they wouldn?t move bags. Because of this lack of communication, I was forced to rent a U-Haul at the last minute just to move the rest of my belongings myself. Between the damage, poor communication, and extra expenses, this was a frustrating experience. I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

We are new to the area and had no help to off load our 26’ U-Haul and Cody and Jossiel were such a blessing! They not only handled all of our belongings with care but were so fast and efficient at the same time! We will absolutely be using this company and hopefully Cody and Jossiel again for our next move!

This team was great! On time, very professional. Wrap d everything very well. I had no concerns about my furniture, even my piano.

Switch 2 queen side beds, 2 night stand and a dresser from one bedroom to the other. It tool all of a 1 1/2 hour and I was charged $571.00. When the guys arrived here they could not sign in on line due to a problem on their side. It took all but 1 1/2 hour to move the furniture around. They are a RIP-OFF. I will never use or refer them to anyone again. Phyllis Smith

Hired this company to move some leftover odds and ends out of an empty apartment 7 minutes away to the new apartment and it needed up costing me $500. This company is a scam and dishonest. Would never recommend completely unprofessional, rude, and liars. They were late, intentionally moved slow to run up the bill, and held items hostage until an additional 395.00 was paid. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMAPNY!!

Awful, Awful,Awful! Broke multiple items, ruined my new couch, took 9 hours to move a fully packed one bedroom apartment. Didn?t have the tools to take the tv?s down. Had to borrow some of our moving equipment and my husband had to help load stuff in their dolly for them. I filed an insurance claim for a broken table, a ruined couch and two shattered boxes and they offered $200. Whenever I refused it they just closed the claim.

Excellent, prompt service. Reasonable price. Smooth move. Andrew and Eric were polite and efficient and worked well together as a team. Very satisfied.

Some workers wasted time on their phones and other things. The end cost was jacked up. The manager Axel pretty much didmissed me over the phone. One of the worst moving companies ive used to date. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The guys who moved me were amazing!! Marcelo, Nathan and Cody worked so hard and were SO fast. They were professional, polite and thorough and FUN. What great young men. Personality plus! Loved talking to them. From quote to completion it was a wonderful experience. Great customer service. If you want a move done well call them! Highly recommend. Not one single thing broken. Timely and efficient.

They were wonderful! Quick, efficient, I would use again. Cesar, Rueben, Julian, and Cody all did such a great job and they were a pleasure to work with.
